This is in response to Caroline lease review1) Hubbert roofing does not serve the new braunfels area as that is 2hrs from where we are located!2) we have gone through all paperwork and there is zero record of you ever even calling our business for a estimate!3) we DO NOT accept money up front AT ALL NO EXCEPTION we take payment after the job is complete and has been inspected by the home owner!

A year ago we tried using this company to fix our leaking roof. We got a quote but when we responded to go ahead we never got a reply. Knowing it was a busy year for all the roofing companies we just figured our job may have been less of a priority since it was a repair. We tried using them again this year when the leak returned. It happens when the snow starts to melt from our roof. We made an appointment and someone was going to come and take another look within a few days after our call.. This was a month ago and we still haven't heard back. Disappointed and will try another company that takes the time to follow through.

Collected 20.000 dollars from us and never came back. These people are scam artist. We are retired and cant afford for this to happened . We have contacted bbb and made a police report
