They did a great job on our roof. Brandt was especially helpful explaining everything, being there to meet with the insurance adjuster, even giving advice as to color for the shingles. He also made sure after the job was complete to check that the work, including the cleanup afterwards, was done to our satisfaction. We very highly recommend R & R Roofing.

Such and amazing crew!! A storm had done some major roof damage so we contacted out insurance and was told we need to find a company. Ryan Smith was extremely helpful and walking us through the proses and ensuring we were taken care of. He suggested some roof colors that would accent our house and we could not be happier with how it turned out. The crew that came out was diligent, quick and ensured that when they left the property was as when they arrived. Ryan also installed new vents to help our attic air circulation and replaced the old broken ones. Thanks for dropping roof shingles on my motorcycle and telling me to deal with it.Yes sir, I agree, integrity is very important.The drive way is defined as the parking area in front of the home. Not the side of the house. I complied with moving all my vehicles out of.he driveway the day your employees arrived to work on the home.And yes I said something to the effect of ," dam I should of moved it. The same way people say. I should of never did that, or went there. After I realized the damage was done.As for the paint transfer. I haven't dropped roof shingles on enough things to know what it would look like. The day in question, it was cold and the bike had been parked there until the weather warmed up. Two days after the service was complete I rode to work and realized it after it was parked in the sunlight where I could see. If a month or even a week had gone by they it would be reasonable to believe that it wasn't caused by employees.I tried to be as professional as I possibly could about the situation and called your office 4 times in 3 weeks before I got a response. I think it incredibly unprofessional that I had to get a response from the owner through a Google Ad review.If that is your decision sir. Then so be it. It's not worth the time, money or effort.Know going forward I will not recommend your business to anyone or use it if I ever own my own home.

I’ve never replaced a roof let alone as part of a sale. Marie very patiently listened to my awkward explanation and immediately put me at ease! Once we had a contract on the house, I immediately called them. I did not have to worry from a distance (from AL), I received plenty of pictures of the progress before, during as well as the finished product. Ryan and his team did an amazing job replacing my roof with a standing seam metal roof. The process started when we found water damage under our old roof and Ryan worked with our insurance company to get the insurance claim approved. The work was preformed quickly and Ryan kept us updated on the progress. Due to the hailstorm in September, we needed a new roof and sky light, and we sought the services of R and R Roofing. We received excellent service from them, and the roof and sky light were installed quickly and efficiently. The roofers were friendly and very professional at all times. Had setup an appointment with R & R Roofing to replace a few missing shingles , the next week high winds came and the replaced shingles and a couple more were now missing. (Questioning quality of workmanship) Secondly, the customer service of this company is horrible, I had to initiate each call to them to see when someone was coming out and when I called the second time to have the shingles replaced again, no one ever returned my call. Don’t take for granted customers coming to your company looking for your service because there maybe a time you have to knock on doors looking for work.

Looking at what we have now after letting R&R Roofing work on our roof replacement, to include our window screens, the company has exceeded all our expectations on the basis of great customer service, fair pricing, and high quality of product used and workmanship. So grateful for Jonathan Bautista for taking the following steps or measures to help us: re-assessing our roof damages after the assessment done by our insurance adjusters making sure none were missed; providing us with all the information we needed on what the company offers throughout the whole process; doing quality checks after the roofing crew finished their part; looking for nails and debris hidden in the tall grass and bushes; bringing our window screens back in "pre-storm/pre-loss" condition; and responding to our inquiries even on the weekends. We had some major issues with USAA trying to cut corners that would have  cut the quality of the roof so much that it wouldn't pass inspection. He took photographs of his work along the way to show that his company does not cut corners. His employees also worked quick and efficiently. You cannot get better quality service than Rob and his team.

I would never recommend this company. The cement patio they installed was faulty. Rob promised to make it right. After failing to repair/replace the patio, I took R&R to court where I won the lawsuit of over $21,000 plus 8% interest yearly. I placed a lien on the business and am pursuing an additional lawsuit to garnish wages and/or seize property and I will win the law suit plus additional attorney fees. R&R chose not to do business ethically and they will end up paying a big price. Please take your business somewhere else and use a company that is ethical.

My wife and I were moving to Temple from Minnesota. Our inspector went to the new home to verify repairs were finished the day before closing only to find the roof had not been fixed. He recommended we get an estimate to repair the roof and suggested R&R. After hearing about our situation Tyler was able to come and inspect our roof the morning our closing was supposed to happen, get us an estimate, and after the seller agreed we were still able to close that afternoon! We will definitely have them do the repairs and based on our experience with them so far I expect the roof will be repaired quickly and correctly by friendly and knowledgeable people!
