If I could rate higher than five stars I would.Tanner roofing came to our house three times over a 12-13 month period to meet with our insurance adjuster during our claims process before finally getting approved a full roof replacement.Not once did they get an attitude with us for asking them to come back or push contracts they did not change their invoice pricing or sneak anything extra in to recover their 3 free visits. Mysty was very helpful with all of the back and forth not only between myself and her but also her and my husband. The workers showed up and got to work quickly, they covered our pool with tarps to keep it safe from debris and also cleaned our yard up after. Out of all of the hundreds and hundreds of nails used or taken off we found 1 in our firepit. Knowing we had kiddos and animals I believe they put their safety 100% by thoroughly cleaning up/searching the grass for any debris. They even installed an extra vent in the attic where heat always builds up in the summer. I do not expect anything wrong to happen to my new roof It was installed beautifully but if for any reason I need a roofer I would contact Tanner roofing againServices: Roof inspection, Roof installation, Attic venting installation

I live on fort hood and the crew decided to left all of their equipment in my yard and carport. They have not even started working on me or m direct neighbors home. They left a box full of trash in my front yard, left my gate able to be just pushed open and left rusty metal in my back yard all before they even start working on my house. I did not realize that my house was going to be the storage area while they work on other homes.

Their crew was working on our home and very inconsiderate. Wife can’t walk and they wouldn’t let us park anywhere near our home for the duration of the work. Understand they need to be close but they had personal vehicles blocking off access to our home. When we asked if they could move the crew was very rude towards us. They also left trash and litter in our yard and carport. They also broke glass in our carport and didn’t clean it up.Below they have responded that they cannot find my info without mentioning that that’s because they do work on Fort Hood For a multitude of families they don’t have names for and work they don’t get held accountable for. On top of that apologizing for how I feel is not apologizing for the lack of professionalism and lack of respect from employees hired by this company towards the people in the homes they worked on.

They broke my glass candle and swept glass in to my grass, my daughters bedroom dome light fell on her bed when they were working on the roof, I have 2 little kids they have been looking in my windows and staring at me and my kids mind you in have curtains up most times of the day there closed and they have even nocked on the glass trying its like there egging on my kid to play with my curtains. "I honestly dont feel safe in my own home when there working on the roof "i would never recommend this business to anyone regardless of price. They are currently working on fort hood housing, the workers left garbage all over the yard and left it, left nails all over our back yard, left the gate open after they were done and pets got out. Very unprofessional. They also moved Christmas decorations that we had already moved out of their way and broke them. After they finished and moved on to another home, this is what was left in my driveway.

Overall bad experience. Daily messes left in my yard. Left tree branches they’d cut down to work on the roof for a month. Watched them laugh and joke around after the work they’d done on a neighbors house caught on fire. Unprofessional all around
