What started as a leak under my kitchen sink turned into devastation once we realized our entire kitchen would have to be ripped out and replaced. What Target Solutions did for me is nothing short of amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the kitchen now. But, they were in network with my homeowners insurance and while other companies had terrible customer service, Anthony took charge of my case and such good care of us.Starting work took some time because the entire globe is struggling, but once they started, it all went so fast. I was able to work with them on all decisions being ultimately left to me down to exactly how I wanted the tile and cabinets placed.I highly recommend Target Solutions, especially Anthony’s crew. They were incredibly polite and made sure everything was perfect, no matter how many times I needed them, they were there for me. Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart! Target solutions was at the house within an hour of us reporting to our insurance company. They stayed until almost midnight to make sure there was no more damage done to the house. Their equipment for drying out the house was was everywhere in the house, multiple machines to mitigate the moisture as quickly as possible.Special note: One of their workers, while taking off the baseboards, found a ring jammed in the corner and brought it to me right away. It was a very sentimental ring that had gone missing over a year ago. Very thankful!!!Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

If i could give target solutions no stars i would gladly do that. I had water damage in my home and while the mitigation team did an amazing job completing their portion of the task, the renovation team was terrible. They were lazy, unprofessional, and incompetent to say the least. When i expressed my concerns for the timeline and asked for a list of things to get done daily i always received the run around. It was clear there was never a real plan and they were winging it for the money. They were rude saying that they didn't care if i fired them after 4 months of working on 2 bathrooms. I started my bathroom claim the end of February and i fired them them mid June. During the process of refunding the money that was owed to me for the job not completed I was discriminated against and completely disrespected! I have already filed with my home owners insurance company USAA to have them removed as contractors and i look forward to them reaping what they have sewn.A special NO THANKS to Rob Trevino, Presley Collins, and finally AJ Theriot.Below are a few photos of the mediocre work done in my hall bath. Upon installation of my tile the installer cracked the tile and never fixed it. There was a transition strip in the second set of photos that came up because it was done incorrectly. My faucet was installed incorrectly. Finally, the last set of photos show how the shower wall isn't flush with the wall in the bathroom. That's just a few photos of what was done incorrectly. Please be careful.

We contacted Target Solutions through USAA. Anthony P. was our main point of contact through out the entire process of converting our media room into a garage. We’ve done remodeling with a previous home and it was a terrible experience. Anthony made this process as smooth as it could possibly be. The project was VERY slow moving at first. Thanks to Luke, I was reconnected with the right staff. I did have problem with getting Docusign app to close out my signing, but Michelle was patient and quite helpful. She stayed connected with me until all of the automation issues were resolved. I was then quickly connected with David, who immediately engaged and scheduled a convenient meeting place and time. I met with David and Juan in-person and set a plan of action including dos and donts. I was offered an install date that was less than a week away. Although the install team didn’t arrive at the agreed time, they arrived within 30 minutes and completed the job in less than 8 hours. They cleaned up my yard of install debris and nails; and was not onsite when I stopped by my residence at 1:30PM. I highly recommend that you set clear expectations of how (i.e. taken down and left down or taken down and put back in place) you want your satellite equipment handled during the install. Please check with your satellite company to see what they recommend on how the equipment should be handled to avoid charges “if” reinstall assistance is needed. There was a remaining charge on my account, but the finance office resolved the discrepancy and closed out my invoicing. David was professional, personable and aims to keep the customer happy. He gave me more than a few days to work out the satellite issues and closed out the project promptly. David cleaned up the project nicely … even delivered my favorite snack and beverage with a smile.

Dwain and his crew did a great job with my water damage and remediated mold growth. The work performed by these young men was carefully handled, thoroughly detailed, and professional accomplished.Dwain was always punctual and let me know when to expect him and his workers. Their timing was exceptional. There was only one time that they had an emergency at a school, and Dwain alerted me that he and his people would be late, but would let me know when they was on their way. Target Solutions did an incredible restoration job on a rental property that was heavily damaged by fire, and by the thousands of gallons of water used to put it out. Renters accidentally lost control of an overstuffed fireplace, the fire got into the attic and the fire department had to cut holes in the roof and pour in the water till the last ember went out. It was a huge mess, and it happened as Covid was disrupting everything. There were labor and material shortages, and it all happened right before the big 2021 freeze blew in and made things even worse.The project manager kept me informed of progress and problems on a weekly (sometime daily) basis; he worked with the insurance company to explain and document issues and items that needed to be added, he worked with city inspectors and outside contractors as well as his own crew. I was continuously impressed by his determination to overcome all these obstacles, and his and the crew’s resourcefulness getting things done.The end result was better than I imagined possible. A house originally built in the 80’s now functions and feels like a new home.
