Doug set everything up and Integrity sent everything electronically to be reviewed and signed.The service was amazing and they even drove to Dallas from far northwest Ft Worth to pick up a check when the work was complete and that made it so convenient for me.The house is ugly now but not for long.

I couldn’t be happier with Integrity. They gave us the lowest quote out of around 4 different foundation companies. They were clear and thorough from the start, explaining in detail what would be required. I was worried they’d drill right through our flooring, but they gently removed the boards and placed them off to the side so we can go in later and put them back if we choose. Hopefully we don’t need foundation repair in the future, but if we do, I will immediately call Integrity!

Arrived on time, crew chief respectful& professional. Communicated scope of work& time frame throughout the process. Workers kept everything on tarps. Didn't disrupt landscape. Put back dirt & everything the way they found it. Picked up all tools& equipment. Swept off porch & driveway. Made sure everything was level ad they went. All beyond expectations!!!!!! Jimmy was on time (actually asked if he could come early), very polite and was honest. No adjustments were needed to the house. He could have sold us thousands of dollars of work but he didn’t. He said yes the house had shifted here and there but overall he wouldn’t recommend any work. How honest is that ???! If I ever need work from IFR they’ll be the ones I call. We have had IFR come out twice to check our foundation and they have been fantastic each time. They are always on time, professional, thorough, knowledgable, and truthful. We have been told both times that our home is within normal measurements, there are no visual signs of problems, no selling! Our questions are answered completely and we are never made to feel like our questions are dumb. I love the service given and the experience and knowledge they share. I highly recommend using IFR.

We have had fantastic experiences with IFR. They came in to repair our pier and beam home, replacing all the piers with cement, leveling the house, adding French drains, and removing some dirt from the crawl space. The work was high quality and they have returned 2 times AFTER the warranty period ended to do free inspections and provide recommendations. Most recently, Mark did an inspection of the home and was able to give us a clean bill of health after 5 years. I highly recommend IFR!

Overall a very good experience. Darrin was very kind and helpful when he came out to assess the work needed and gave us a fair quote/design. Bubba (the project manager) was really kind and the team did a good, timely job on the repair. They also checked and tuned every door on the house and they are all closing better than before. The office was responsive on the phone, and helped us schedule a quick repair date because of our needing to move out of our house. Goad we found Integrity.

I can't believe some of these reviews! IFR did a job for us last fall and I couldn't be more pleased with their work! Scott was honest and gave me options for me to consider and decide. The crew did an amazing job and removed tons of junk left under the house. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I ever need foundation repair again I will call IFR.

1. No one explained about how deep they would dig and ALL the dirt everywhere. A little overwhelming.2. Crew chief spoke little English, was here 1st day, not 2nd. Had to call him.3. Guys worked very hard, didnt slack off. Helpful. Did their jobs well. Tried to put everything back correctly.4. No one said anything about leftover dirt. They asked where to put it. I told them just put in back yard, but did not realize it had concrete and tile in it. I'm going to have to rake it.5. I showed crew chief the Spectrum cable 1st day, but it got cut anyway the 2nd day. Had to have Spectrum guy run new cable.Overall I think the foundation is fixed well, Thanks. Yall just need better communication of process.

As a realtor, I would not recommend this company to any of my clients. I personally use this company for my foundation. They do not communicate in the office whatsoever.!!! After completion, they never sent a foreman to inspect their work as I was told at my evaluation. When I sent payment, they called me two days later, and said that they never received payment. Thankfully that got resolved! Like I said, there’s no communication in the office.

What a wonderful experience I had with Mark Hatfield, Project Manager!He communicated very well throughout the process, called the week before his appointment to confirm, was very flexible and professional when I needed to reschedule and I was was running late. Upon arrival great first impression, shook my hand, gave me his business card, removed his shoes to keep my home floor clean. Once he started the inspection, he was very efficient and through and explained all the measurements in great detail all with theupmost professionalism and integrity.I would highly recommend Integrity Foundation Repair! They came and left as if work had never been done. The work was completed and the site supervisor walked me thru the entire process. He shows me when the piers were installed. I can’t say enough about how integrity lived up to its name. My house is not an ordinary job. It is built into a hill and requires 2-3xs the digging depth as a normal on grade slab to even attempt to lift it. Integrity has worked on my house 2xs (lifted one side and then in the crazy drought the other side fell a bit ) and each time there were “extra challenges” but they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the result. Great responsive team even on a Saturday!

They came out right away and the inspector, Steve Saffle, was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed me the computer diagram with the measurements and explained everything. I purchased my rental property in 2014 and the foundation repair was done by the owner using Integrity Foundation Repair in 2014. I had a lifetime transferable warranty, I called Integrity Foundation October 2022 and they came out to adjust my house and leveled it so that my doors now open. They were on time and did an excellent job. I would recommend them for service and commitment to their warranty.
