Great service! KCA gives a two hour window for service which makes scheduling easy and reliable. Ray called when he was on the way! Ray completed our six month service and made necessary repairs. He’s prompt, friendly, and described the work being completed. I highly recommend!

Both Chase and his assistant (my apologies for not recalling his name, he was very helpful in the app setup) did a great job at a near noiseless and in disturbing install of our new AC unit. Very professional, personable and efficient, they are the reason why Kendall County Air is respected in the community. Update: Gerardo and Sal installed my new HVAC system today, 4/20/24, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They did a wonderful job! They arrived promptly, protected our flooring (cats thought we got new rugs), worked diligently for hours to complete every phase of the installation process, explained how to operate the new thermostat thoroughly, left everything clean, and were friendly, courteous, and respectful. They are great representatives of KCA Services.David Lee, of KCA Services, came to my home 4/19/24 to give my 16yo HVAC system a checkup and evaluate its condition and performance. He was thorough, professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with.As I suspected, it was time to tell the old system farewell due to its age and cost to repair just what is wrong with it today. David gave me a detailed explanation of the repair estimate as well as estimates for replacement systems at a wide range of performance, warranties, and price points with applicable discounts. With the new system, I can expect reliable cooling and heating as well as lower utility costs. I highly recommend KCA Services and David Lee.

Walker was awesome. He spent the time to diagnosis the problem and stayed until it was fixed. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave a choice of whether or not we wanted him to use the camera. The camera was so necessary and we are confident the clog is gone. Chad Lee was a good technician for inspecting our AC unit. Courteous and professional. So we have no complaints about the personnel they send out to the job.As for the company itself, we are old KCA customers. Since they've been acquired by a larger company we've noticed they have gone to a fixed price policy for most specific plumbing procedures and they are charging more than twice what they used to. Their markup on parts is astronomical. This all comes predetermined from the home office.
