We hired Jeff to renovate our detached garage A-Frame apartment in November 2016. He took the entire apartment off and built a brand new one with a wrap-around deck (one part covered). We cannot tell you how pleased we are with the results and would definitely hire him again in the future for other reno/remodel work. He answered all of our questions and never poo-pooed any of our ideas or suggestions in our design process. If you hire Jeff, you not only get a great contractor, but also a great friend.

Jeff has an obvious depth of knowledge of construction. My project involved in reconstructing and updating a 113 year old house. Jeff's attention to the preservation of valuable historical artifacts including the old indoor hand-dug well was greatly appreciated. His personal supervision of subcontractors made me feel that my house and property were always safe. My wife and I now have a comfortable home with up to date amenities in a bucolic setting.
