He reviewed everything in great detail and articulated what needed to be done and how long it would take. Jacob was my Roof Pros Representative to replace ou hail ad critter damaged roof. We requested an expedited installation as a raccoon had just ripped a hole in the roof and rain was coming. We signed a contract and two days later the material, Jacob, and his amazing Crew arrive and started work at dawn. By 6:30 PM, the Roff was complete, clean up and magnetic sweep was complete and the crew was on their way home.Jacob was exceptional: friendly, customer oriented and focused on value-added, safety, quality.Jacob is the real deal: focused on customer satisfaction, and also quality, safety and Value Added (upgraded shingles & underlayment, step flashing at facia/joints, new upgraded 6”gutters, even rodent-proofed the roof .The crew was also amazing: Focused on job quality, work ethic and extremely safety oriented.I highly recommend Roof Pros, Jacob and his crew.Dale C

Roof Pros are absolutely the best company to have on your side! Scott Gibson & Jacob Ortiz (my roof pro specialist) were amazing! I’ll be honest I expressed with the free inspection that there was no way I could afford a new roof! However, Scott explained that if there was damage my roof could be covered! Of course I was concerned like what is the catch but I was given a damage report that all I had to do was submit it to my homeowners insurance! With in days Scott and Jacob were meeting with my insurance adjuster! According to the adjuster Scott’s assessment of damage was right on point! I wasn’t even aware I had damages but now I’m getting a new roof paid for that just upgraded the value of my home! These guys are reliable, dependable, and honest! It was so great to work with such a professional company. Tyler was so friendly, honest and up front about what needed to be done and how long it would take. Our new roof is even better than the original one when it was new.While we were waiting to get scheduled for the job, we were supposed to have a bad rain storm that evening so Tyler came out on his own and put tarps up so we didn’t get a leak. Roof Pros are simply excellent, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable priced. Cullen was so great to work with for our standing seam metal roof installation. He explained everything thoroughly and his crew was impeccable through the entire process. In fact, we were adding an outdoor living area addition from another company simultaneously who did not dry in the new area as promised. I called Cullen and he came out personally late that same day to dry in the decking for us before the rain came. He also was convinced that the insurance company left some money out of our claim and would file another claim for us. Sure enough, I received notice another very sizable check was on its way to us from the insurance company. Tyler really bent over backwards to assist me with insurance inspections, answered every question I asked and provided detailed options for my hail damaged roof. I ended up having to pay the full expense for the installation due to my poor choice of an insurance company but Tyler came through with what was a more than fair deal on an excellent roof installation and I will always go to Roof Pros for any future roofing services I may need in the future. We are so happy with the work done at our home and business. We needed a new roof on three buildings following a hailstorm, but insurance only approved a claim on two buildings. Our project manager Dustin Morgan worked with the claims specialist to ultimately get all the work approved, and the job was completed in less than two days without impacting our business. There was a huge mess while the work was going on, but they cleaned up everything and were careful to not hurt my plants. Great company with great service. Cullen McGuire is the best. We had a roof leak issue due to the builder whose roofers improperly installed a metal roof over the single car garage door. This had been going on for some time and had the builders roofers come out at least 5 times to fix.Finally had enough of them not addressing the problem and fixing this area correctly.Can't say enough good things about Roof Pros.

Roof Pros removed and installed a new roof on our house and garage. It was done very efficiently and was a perfect roof install. Tyler also got some of the installers to help me remove some old smoke damaged insulation that was a blessing! Nice to know that there are companies that are this professional around. We called Roof Pros on the recommendation of a friend at Bandera Electric Coop. Jacob and Cullen came out to survey our house and present their bid for a 24 gauge standing seam metal roof. We chose Copper Brown as the color, and pictures of our house with the new roof are on their website. The price was reasonable; the workers are efficient and friendly; work progressed smoothly and quickly; and the roof looks simply wonderful. They were attentive to our needs throughout the process. We are more than pleased with these folks and their work. Great company, great people, great job!
