Great company and repairman! Tony came by last week and gave us an honest, friendly, and professional estimate of our repairs needed. He also pointed out other repairs we didn’t know about.Today he came by and completed all the repairs in a timely manner! We are so pleased with his hard work and his great customer service. We lost the turbine from one of our attic vents, so I called Roof Rescue to see if they could help. They said they would have someone out tomorrow. The next day, Tony was here on time and got to work checking out the vent and inspecting the rest of the roof. Tony explained my repair options and offered some long term suggestions as well. A couple of hours later, my attic vent was fixed at a reasonable price. Friendly, professional service that I am happy to recommend.

We called Roof Rescue on Tuesday morning because a squirrel had made himself a home between the roof and the solar panels..They sent Tony Ray out that afternoon to give an estimate. He said he would return Friday morning to do the work before the rains came. He showed up on time. Once the solar panels had been removed we found a huge nest. The squirrel had chewed an 8 inch hole and made his way through the shingles. Plywood, a 2x4 and spray foam insulation. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He took pictures several times for me. Explained everything he was doing and answered any questions I had. He was a real pleasure to work with. I recomended Roof Rescue (Tony) to my neighbor and also put a shout out on my community web page. At that time we signed up for their overhead protection plan which looks over the entire roof and gutters.Service: Roof repair

Tony the repairman for this company was excellent. He repaired our chimney and roof around it. He went out of his way to find the right colored shingles searching several suppliers. He worked in the extreme heat for two day, repairing and painting the chimney area. The office staff I spoke with was helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this company.

Several weeks ago we had a rare heavy rain in San Antonio and I noticed water dripping from our ceiling. Remembering that the company Roof Rescue was just finishing up on an excellent job two houses up, I went over to talk to the main person named Tony and told him my situation. He immediately came over to inspect the sight and told me what the problem was. He also pointed out several other problems on our old roof. If he would have said we needed a new roof I would have thought he was a con artist but, he only pointed out, with much knowledge, a few things. Remembering a past roofing company I had, I expected Tony to say they could get to it in about a month but, to my surprise they could be out in a few days.As promised, Tony, and his helper David, fixed the leak, replaced several worn out shingles, removed two wind turbines, put in a ridge mount, put several holes in the overhang to create air flow to the attic. They also leveled out a gutter for proper drainage — all for a reasonable price. Their work was excellent. I did notice a problem with the gutter a few days later and once again they were back quickly and fixed it even though it was not their mistake.The main manager, J.R., is very friendly and knowledgeable. The guys that came out today for a bid on work that needs to get done. They offered and completed a full inspection and gave us a few recommendations. I had the pleasure of meeting Herman and Lance who came out and looked at my roof. They had already had an extremely long and hot day working in Dallas. Even at the end of that, they still drove from Dallas to come out and look at my roof, no questions asked. I live in San Antonio, so it's no short drive. They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and I was happy to spend my money with them. Their team did an amazing job with the estimates and repair on my roof, and I have had no leaks since. I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. David and his team were able to come out and take care of our roofing needs from a hail storm. The work was completed in a lot faster time than we anticipated especially with the supply chain delays the country has been experiencing. The roof, gutters and all work looks great! They left the property clean. We had some slight issues with the insurance company and they were able to work with them as well. Roof repair is never cheap, but I got a fair quote and the technician seemed knowledgeable. They guys that did the actual repair took their time and made sure it was done correctly. I even commented that I hadn’t expected the repair to take all day and their response was that they encountered a couple of difficulties that slowed them down but they wanted to get it right the first time. Great field employees and quick service.However, made error in estimate. Refused to honor it, despite having signed accepting it.Biggest issue was getting ca back to make final payment. No method to do online, even PayPal can be done with just an email, come on. Issue - I'm on road and work remote areas (no cell coverage). Multiple times I texted company employee, ie "call me any time tomorrow so can make payment." I would get a reply next morning say "I'll call you today when free." Never get call, then three days later when now out of cell coverage, suddenly they call. Went through this Multiple times. Finally month and half later I text yet again. Hey call me, same thing. Next day biss/owner calls all prissy. Threatened to call police, etc for not paying. When I pointed out I've tried making payment, but can't get his employee to call me back, he responded "well thats not my problem." Yes, it is your problem. You as business have responsibility to make it possible to pay bill. Total of 5 times I contacted, employee acknowledged my contact (replied back), failed to call (and they knew I worked remotely and had cell coverage issues) when they said would, but was my fault. Then tried to charge me twice the amount due, cause his merchant bank had held onto a previous payment for whatever reason. After all this I was told the employee that used to handle this stuff was no longer there. Hum? I wonder why?
