We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night. Roto-Rooter was available and dispatched technicians quickly. The repair was completed timely and efficiently. They also provided additional assistance to begin addressing the water damage. Their water restoration team showed up even before the repair began.Everyone was friendly, professional, and offered a lot of great information to offer us peace of mind to address this issue. We will definitely use their services again if needed in the future.

Had a busted pipe under back deck from freeze, contacted Roto Rooter and they sent Chris and Ben out same day. Other companies I contacted offered to send someone out in 3 to 7 days, but Chris and Ben came over and repaired the problem pipe and returned water to my home same day. Highly recommend Roto Rooter for fast response and experienced plumbers.

The tech (I think his name was Mike) was great; very thorough. We had a blockage in the sewer pipe & our regular plumber was unavailable. Roto-Rooter was there within an hour! He assessed the issue & gave me a quote. I could not afford the price they gave me. I told him my budget & he contacted the office and we agreed on a good price for the services. After the clog was cleared; another guy used a camara & showed me the pipe. Super interesting! I was able to see issues with the sewer pipe that we need to address in the future… I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.Service: Drain cleaning

I was very impressed with the service. Another plumber pointed us this direction as they were all booked, but they warned us Roto would take advantage of us, trying replace all our pipes, so just ask for an inspection. Our Roto Tech came out and did and inspection, adjusted the flow on a toilet, and was very helpful in explaining what he was doing. We worked together to check the maintenance access and verified we had no clogs and had proper drainage. Our tech told us that if the drainage was impeded, they'd use a camera to verify the block and wouldn't try sell us to replace the lines unless it was absolutely needed and could be proven via camera; otherwise, they'd just clear any clogs as needed. Our tech didn't even charge us for the visit since there was no clog. I'm not sure why there is such a bad opinion of Roto, but what I experienced was quite the opposite of others' bad opinions.

Our garbage disposal stopped working. So we chose Roto Rooter based on past reviews. We called and scheduled an appointment. HQ called an hour or so later to let us know the technician would be here shortly. A very personable young man named Aaron arrived. He followed COVID protocols and began his process. He was thorough, explained the situation clearly and the we decided to have it fixed. Aaron worked diligently, cleaned up after himself and everything was back to normal. We highly recommend this company due to their representative’s (including the young lady that called in advance), courtesy, knowledge, respect for property and just being so nice.
