We hired the crew from Texas Highlands to tear out the tub in my elderly parents new home and had them install a walk in shower. Zach was great to work with and made me feel at ease with the project which was a big deal since I live over a thousand miles away. We stayed in constant touch with plenty of pictures going back and forth to track the progress. So thankful that our real estate agent pointed us in their direction. Thank you Zach.

I’ve had Zach and Josh help me with three large projects and the results were outstanding! They replaced a pool deck around my above ground pool and the quality and finish was amazing. They did a bunch of deferred maintenance on my house and cottage as well as updating my pump house. Finally, they built a new 7 foot fence around a 30’ x 50’ garden that also includes shade cloth to help with the summer heat. The Texas Highlands team has always been on time and on budget (except for the changes I requested) and their build quality is absolutely world class. I heartily recommend them for your construction work.

Texas Highlands installed cooktop range insert over our cooktop and we could not be more pleased. These guys do quality work and take care of all the details. Jonathan Casey did outstanding job putting in the insert. What sticks out for me is I trust them. And they maintain clean work space cleaning as they go. I really cannot say enough about this company. Next project you have give them a call, you will not be disappointed. Oh I failed to mention we have had Texas Highlands do three projects for us--all done in outstanding manner.

Shout out and a HUGE thank you to the guys at Texas Highlands Construction who did a little bit of remodeling recently in our two guest rooms that share a common wall. They were great to work with, professional, showed great craftsmanship, were patient with me every time I changed my mind or added something, 😉, and just a pleasure to have working in our home for six days!😊We needed an interior wall between two bedrooms insulated. When they replaced the wall on each side, they made each an accent wall, and added sconces for lighting. They also removed and hauled off the carpet, and installed hardwood floors. See the pictures below. Prepare to be immolated in a firewall of charm and charisma as these manly-men descend upon your renovatory needs with verve and vigor!These guys knocked it out of the park on both our bathrooms! The tile and wainscoting they picked out for the main bath looks tremendous.The subway tile and floor tile in the master bath is flawless. We really love the counter and cabinet work they did.And despite having to move through our awkward entryway to get to these rooms, there was no dirt or damage anywhere after they finished. Texas Highlands rebuilt our guest house and we could not be more happy with their work, their work ethic and their approach. If you need a remodel, they are among the best in the greater Boerne area.With a 100+ year old ranch house, we are no strangers to remodels, having hired several contractors over the years to tackle modernizing our home wing by wing. The guest house was built in the 50’s on cedar fence post foundation beams. Needless to say it needed a lot of work. When you take on a major remodel, surprises are part of the deal. You need a builder who can problem solve with you and offer multiple cost solutions to tackle the unwanted surprise and stay on track with the overall project.Texas Highlands, owned by Zach and Josh, excel in doing what they say they will do, in innovating solutions for challenges that are just part of remodels and in being transparent with the customer with any issues and agreeing solutions together. Every part of the job was completed per order, the surprises we dealt with were addressed as agreed and the finished product was exactly what had appeared on our mood board and design inspirations.Hiring a builder is as much about relationship as it is capability.
