We contacted Aboveboard Construction because our metal roof had leaks and wasn't installed correctly. We decided to replace it with shingles and contacted Aboveboard Construction. They are a local company based out of Boyd which we support local company's. Our decision was not wrong as they went above and beyond on installing our roof. The crew and everyone were awesome. I had Keith and company out to repair my house after the last storm and the gave me fair bid and began the repair of the roof and siding and sky light, the roof leaked in three places, the sky light whistled like a tornado and the upper row is siding down because it stapled to the house and is still loose and sliding down plus I just found out when my grand kids came down they cut the cable to the back and thru it under the house instead of putting it thru the siding. I had to call them back several times to repair the roof leaks, sky light and put new shutters on the house that I paid for instead of painting the old ones and putting them back on plus having them come back and replace the trim on the hip that I paid for. After all this trouble I had to have the cable company come out and replace the cable in the kids bedroom and I can’t get him to come out complete his job are call me, but he can go on a trip and leave a customer hanging that has already paid 13 thousand ! After I posted this review I got a call at 6am this Thursday morning and all I got was cussed out and no resolution to the problem. Real professional !

After a recent hail storm, I had roof, gutter and window damage.Aboveboard did a wonder job replacing all the hail damage, and they worked with my insurance.The crew did a wonderful job, and were not put off by my steep metal roofKeith, the owner, was very responsive, answered all my questions promptly and did what he said he would do. That is not a common trait any more.I will, without reservations, refer him to my friends when they need new roof

Unlike other companies from the past aboveboard sent a representitive that not only gave me a fair estimate, but also stood by me when the insurance adjuster came to assess my damage, they argued my case and actually got not only my roof covered but also anything on my property that was damaged! I couldnt believe it!! I can honestly say that my experiance was above anyrhing ive ever experianced and ID not only got my roof replaced but made some new friends in the process.

I called about getting an estimate and some guy named Kieth was rude and unprofessional plus he had to be price gouging because he was far higher than even a mid contractor per square on roofing. Probably not the best quality for the price.

Above board went above and beyond to please. I would prefer him for any construction around the house. Works very well with Farmers insurance. Didn't have to lift a finger is was a great experience.
