I had to write a review today, the work isn't even done. But this company has been so amazing from the beginning. We had water damage from a shower leaking over time that we couldn't see, resulting in water damage and toxic mold. Champions did the initial assesment, sent out a professional third party for air quality and mold testing, received the state mandated protocol plan for remediation, and are now working on the tear out. The process has been so smooth with them from the start. They have a specialized team for every step. First Mike came out to make a plan, begin, demo, and found mold. They sealed everything up and got the mold division out. After specialized testing, the mold remediation crew is here to follow the recommended plan to a T. Doug is overseeing that crew and is amazing. He is working to help make a plan that I can afford and has patiently answered my questions, even when I ask the same question multiple times (it's stressful, not his fault.) My house is clean, even during demo. They are removing things carefully and thoroughly. Doorways have plastic seals and zippers with THICK plastic, picture the movie Outbreak. Vents, plugs, switches, are all covered to contain the problem and keep it from spreading. They have come out for me at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon to get started and even got me on their schedule 5 days earlier than anticipated. They have taken great care with my furniture and belongings and each crew member is professional and polite. They even took their shoes off to go up my carpet stairs without my requesting, just did it instinctively. I am highly impressed and honestly able to smile through the worst event our house has ever been through. Looking forward to learning about their Reconstruction side of the business.

We recently had water damage in our home. When we reached out, that same day Tyler and his team came out to assess. Throughout the mitigation process Tyler was professional, kind, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. Tyler is a very reliable person, he answered his phone when he would follow up with questions, listened to our concerns, and maintained communication throughout the process. Jared has also been a very knowledge, professional, and kind person who has been working with us as we embark on our repairs journey. Tyler, Jared, and the crew has been respectful of our home. We are still working with Champion for repairs so we’ll provide an update on the entire process once completed, but they have made us feel as we are in good hands so far.

I'm deeply disappointed to share my experience with Champion Restoration. Despite their prompt arrival and swift damage assessment following a water leak, the service quickly deteriorated. Their team did not use shoe covers, bringing dirt and mud into my home. The removal of wood flooring, which was poorly executed, left much to be desired, as you can see in the attached pictures.Furthermore, they billed me for three days of equipment use for two machines intended to dry out the space, but only one was initially provided, necessitating a return visit. Despite promises, they failed to issue a credit for the undelivered service, and my attempts to address this with their team have gone unanswered after three separate calls.The offer to bid on further repair work was declined on my part. Considering the unsatisfactory state of their initial job, I cannot trust them to perform additional work in my home. Despite the positive reviews that Champion Restoration boasts online, my personal experience fell far short of those accolades. Wendy was very kind and prompt in coordinating the remediation services in my home. Customer Service like Wendy provides is incredibly hard to find!!In addition, Brandon and his team have been working in my home and I cannot compliment these gentlemen enough! Excellent service. Trustworthy workers. When I needed them for a plumber's work caused a leak in the wall soaking ceiling and wet walls in two rooms they were there immediately removing damaged Sheetrock, and removing water leaking onto hardwood flooring immediately putting high capacity fans to work for nearly a week to insure that all moisture was gone before replacing Sheetrock. Problem solved, and I can't say enough to praise Champion Restoration.

Had a huge sewage backup in my tenants yard. They asked me to sign something saying they wouldn’t be responsible for any landscaping that was messed up. Standard. But these guys didn’t even need that paperwork. Incredibly professional job, super noninvasive, came back twice in a day to finish the job, couldn’t have asked for more. We recently discovered a leak in the hot water line in the attic that leads to the kitchen. Our plumbing company referred us to Champion Restoration and they came out within 2 hours of our call to address the damages. Tyler and his crew have been so helpful, very professional and competent. Tyler is very knowledgeable and we’ve had many questions which he has satisfactorily been able to answer. We are not finished yet with the project but we are confident we will be happy once we have our working kitchen back. We really appreciate the way Tyler answers his phone whenever you call him. Thank you to our Project Manager, Chris and his remodeling team for taking such great care of our home as they repaired damage from an AC leak. Everyone was professional, friendly, eager to do a great job, and made sure we understood the process in every step. They took care to keep everything cleaned up and some nights worked long hours to complete their part. They also worked around our schedule to finish the job. Tyler and his team were very professional, responsive and helpful throughout the process. Tyler continued to answer questions during and after the work was completed. Doug and his team helped with major mitigation work that was needed. All in all, both teams took good care of the challenge at hand and were always explaining all the steps along the way. Highly recommend! I used another company at first that was a major let down. I called Ben at Champion Restoration and he referred me to a trustworthy inspector for free. Once I realized I did in fact have toxic mold, I reached back out to Ben and his crew of Doug, Isaiah, and Carlos did a great job. I’m so thankful for the honest work they did! Thank you to Tyler and his team! We came home to water coming out a wall and into other areas and our plumber gave us Champion Restoration’s number. Tyler came out right away and got his team to work tearing out wet sheetrock, baseboards, flooring and then drying out the house with fans and dehumidifiers. He reassured us that we did not have mold and everyone was very professional, quick, careful, and willing to answer all our questions. They cleaned up as they went along and made sure no mess was left behind. We hope not to need them again, but it is great knowing they are there when needed. Great team and work! We appreciate it!

Tyler , the Crew Chief and his assistants Jr and kk did a great job , they were very professional and polite answering all questions before starting the job. I had a water leak from my outside faucet between the outside brick wall and my garage wall that went unnoticed for a while. Once the plumber had repaired the leak he recommended Champion Restoration.They removed the wet sheet rock and insulation and sprayed anti microbial for prevention of mold and cleaned up and removed all the debris. So pleased and impressed with Champion Restoration. Had a plumbing issue which got gray water in two areas in my home and called them (my plumber suggested them). The crew chief, Eric was prompt, explained what needed to be done and the costs and schedule. He and his trainee Tyler were both personable and courteous. As a former teacher it was clear to me that Eric is a great trainer. As a former apartment manager who dealt with maintenance I was equally impressed. I had a water heater in the attic to burst overnight which caused extensive damage to both floors of my two-story home. I was referred to Champion Restoration and I could not be happier with the way things turned out. From the crew who did the remediation, the repair crew, the project leader and even the admin folks answering the phones in the office. The workers who came to my house were respectful of me and my property and I was very at comfortable with them and the knowledge they displayed. The work they performed was A-1 and the cleaned up also! The project foreman was very patient when I asked questions and he put me at ease as he was available any time I called with a question. Tyler and his team were great! We called Champion at 6:30am when my daughter's ceiling fell in from a leak in the attic. They were at our house by 9:30am and cleaned up the insulation, removed the damaged ceiling, set up fans, removed wet carpet pad and put up plastic by 11am. They came back on time three days later to remove the fans and clean up the rest of the mess. The process was quick and professional. We recently had water damage from a busted water heater. We had to have walls, ceilings and floors replaced. Allstate sent a company out that did not handle the damage very well and made the situation worse. Thankfully, they sent out a second crew from Champion Restoration and they were Amazing. They assessed the damage properly, measured and took lots of picture, provided a quote in a timely manner, and were very clear with the timeline for restoration. Everything was completed in professional manner, their crew was respectful and receptive to our ideas. We really appreciated that. Chris was our project manager. He was easy to reach when we had a question and was quick to come up with ideas. He even fixed a door for us that we were having trouble with out of the kindness of his heart.
