In December 2023 we selected Pardo Roofing to install our new roof. William Pardo was a total professional and organized all the details for this project. He and his team worked quickly and stayed on timeline for completion. He was always available with answers to questions through phone calls and texts. He kept us up to date with photos of the installation before, during, and after the work. Mr. Pardo arranged for wind storm certification and followed through on every detail. Above all, he is honest, experienced, and a true professional in this business. We highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again for future projects.

Pardo Roofing & Restoration did a fantastic reroof on my house. They replaced rotten wood and upgraded the vents. They used the best materials, kept the site clean the entire time, and gave excellent customer service. I highly recommend, and many thanks to William Pardo and his company!

Pardo is very unprofessional. We have been asking for a certificate of completion or an invoice since June of last year and he claims he needs our insurance information (which is not true as per my insurance company). He demanded payment before checking himself if the roof was completed (which roof was not done). We did not see that the roof wasn’t completed until my neighbor pointed it out. Mr Pardo will purposely ignore your calls and texts. He will say that he will do other work but then last second says he can’t do it. We have that conversation recorded in video. He will lie through his teeth and tell you he’s going to do something and then completely ignore you. Very unprofessional. We have turned others away from his business due to all this that has happened with him. Until this day we have yet to receive any invoice or certificate of completion from him after he has told us multiple times he would do it. Highly recommend you stay away from this company!

Pardo Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof along with painting the trim and painting the garage door. The new color tile on the roof, painted trim, and painted garage door, along with the 30 year certificate, allowed us to sell our house without any issues. After calling several roofing contractors and obtaining quotes, Pardo Roofing offered more while quoting us less.
