New Perspective Partners put a new shower in my home. They did a very neat and efficient job at a reasonable cost with consideration for my limited budget. It is now easy to access without fear of falling and looks very nice. I will have no question about referring them or calling again for other work.

We moved to the area about 2 and a half months ago. We came to Home Depot in Brownwood,picked out counter tops, backsplash, sink and faucet. We paid up front for everything including installation. 5 wks in, all they had done was measuring...twice. The first measurement was done incorrectly. After a few phone calls trying to find out what was taking so long, we tried to remain patient knowing it would be worth it. At one point we decided it was just to quiet, we called again and explained the situation, we were told they would have the person in charge make sure to put some effort into getting it prioritized. And said she would call in a couple of days to update us...we waited 4 days, no call. We had had enough. We called, canceled the job. Them they had the nerve to charge us for the second trip for measuring and 15% resto k fee. What would you do???
