I highly recommend RG Pro Floors. We contacted them about some water damage in two rooms. They were there the next day. They got to work immediately working to dry out the walls. Richard was very friendly, professional, and really knows what he is doing. The young men on his crew were very friendly and polite. RG Pro Floors did a great job and pricing was very reasonable. Richard even made recommendations as to what we could do to prevent possible future occurrences of water damage. Great company!

Awful company it was all about the insurance claim not wanting to help us with our home that needed water removed. They suggested we leave standing water in the home for a full day until we could get there! Can you imagine what would would do! Highly unprofessional kids crying in background of office. Owner called and hung up on us. Stick with Servpro this company wanted to have us authorize a full tear out without even laying eyes on the situation.

They really know their stuff. They are excellent at drying out water damage and getting it done fast. They monitor it daily and try to include you in on each step. However, they are not careful when removing baseboards and things, when they check for the water leaks and damage they poke holes everywhere and their quote does not include patching these holes nor does it include all the work to replace everything back. They damaged my walls removing baseboards because they try to be quick (and they are). They had mud on their shoes when they came in to shampoo my carpet and did not get my stains out. These guys are Top Notch on water repair but have someone else remove and replace your boards/sheet rock and so forth if you want to salvage any of it.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
