Aggieland Roofing is a very personable company that went above and beyond roofing our home. Dustin made sure we had everything we needed for the best possible outcome for our roofing needs. Autumn and Cedar worked with us from the office, they made sure that all details ran smoothly for the job, from start to finish and even after. They were willing to work the schedule around a roof leak that we had, to prevent further damage to our home. Victor oversaw the job and made sure that every detail was done correctly and was extremely kind and thorough. The team of guys that worked under Victor were hardworking and truly great group of men who went above the job. They worked tirelessly even when extra work and complications arose they gave 100% dedication without complaint.Upon completion we even were given a gift of appreciation for our business. I highly recommend using Aggieland Roofing for any roofing needs, you will be another happy customer just like us. In the past, we have worked with other companies. Aggieland Roofing installed the roof about 3 years ago on the house we bought in August. The roof started leaking around the chimney and I was told that they didn't do that part of the roof, just the shingles, so there is no warranty. That makes no sense to me but whatever, just let me know what needs to be done to stop the leak. I was told they would get me a bid for the repairs. 3 days later we get a massive storm and I'm still drying out the carpet from the roof leak. No response or bid or concern from anyone at Aggieland Roofing. I called a different company, they showed up that morning and did the repairs quick and cheap. Don't know how good the repairs are until the next storm, but at least they showed up and did something.

I contacted Aggieland Roofing in March to inspect my roof for hail damage. They were very quick to respond and gave me the bid with damages. They are professional and polite with every contact I had with them. They worked with me and got the job done quickly. The work crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. I have a “barndo” that has a 25 year r-panel roof that has leaked for years. After several attempts to seal and replace screws my self, I decided to get professional help. I received several options and bids from 3 reputable businesses in the area. AggieLand Roofing provided the best solution at a reasonable price. Dustin, the field sales representative did a good job of responding to my numerous questions in a timely manner and swung by a couple of times at my request to make sure we were on the same page. Once the job started, the workers were always on time and Mario the Field Supervisor was very much away of the weather and planned work accordingly. It took a little longer but I am confident the job was done right. The three man crew were good too. They were thorough and respectful of my property. Excellent service from beginning to end! Very prompt and professional in scheduling the inspection and had an appraisal back to us within 24 hours. The original appraisal from the insurance company came back with some discrepancies and Aggieland Roofing was quickly able to identify the errors and helped us work with our insurance company to ensure smooth completion.The installation was clean, efficient, and completed in 2 days! Very competitively priced job and materials appear to be high quality. Good looking install. Inspected old roof and replaced decking that was damaged. Previous leaks are fixed. Gutters were replaced and look nice. Job took an 2 extra days due to high wind issues. Worked with us on allowing painting to be done before gutters installed. They were very thorough with the walk-through and estimate. We have a leak in the seal of the chimney. They climbed on the roof and went into the attic to make sure everything looked alright. Other roofing companies that came to give a quote did not go into the attic which was concerning.Will post again once the work has been completed.

I have an old house so some unexpected decking had to be removed and replaced. This was completed quickly and at a low cost. I would highly recommend Aggie land roofing to anyone. Excellent experience with Aggieland Roofing starting with the person who answered the phone. Very knowledgeable and honest as he answered our many questions. They were able to come out the next day and took pictures to show us the problems on the roof. The sad thing is that our insurance adjuster told us we had a good roof -- only two little areas that needed fixing. Well, he was dead wrong as water started coming in from two different places. The first roofing company we called to give an estimate did nothing -- we have a steep roof and they did not want the job so he told us we had a fine roof. (Simply read over the report that the adjuster sent!)At this point, we were pretty tired and wondered what to believe.Next on our list to call was Aggieland Roofing and we had no problems at all. They were fine with the steep roof -- walked the entire roof and took pictures. They not only told us what was wrong, they showed us pictures.It turns out we had a roof that was 20 years old and had many things wrong with it including a great deal of squirrel activity. Since these issues were not weather related our insurance company did not cover it -- this is fine, we just wanted to get it fixed. We needed a quality company to get our roof back on track or replace it! When your roof leaks, you have problems!Aggieland Roofing did not let us down. We chose to replace the roof and they gave us a very good bid. Everything went right on schedule and according to the time frame they gave us. Most importantly, they do a quality inspection BEFORE the job is considered complete.We highly recommend this company and will use them for monitoring and maintenance of our roof in the future.

Aggieland roofing was installing a new roof at our house and due to a color change and miscommunication I came home to the roof being a different color than what we had choose. We immediately contacted Travis to see what we could do. He told me that the color I was wanting may be on back order. Need less to say they completed the roof so we wouldn’t have to worry about damage and within about four days had the right Color on the roof and completed the job. It’s so nice to work with a company who stands behind their word. Any company can do good business by just doing the job. Our roof and skylights were damaged by large hail storm. CR came out and inspected, provided estimate to my insurance adjuster, tended to adjuster questions and additional items as discovered, and scheduled our roof repair work after I had received the insurance claim funds. The damage included the previously installed CR System SPF roof, the previously installed CR System skylights, and our existing shingle portion of the roof. The work was done very professionally with complete clean up of all debris, and on the schedule that was originally planned. We love the roof and additional insulation value it provides. CR is extremely customer oriented and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. A quality experience from the beginning to the end. I was disappointed with other roofer's tactics as I was getting quotes, but Jeff and the other team members were very pleasant to work with. The quote was very reasonable, straightforward, and without any hidden agendas. The weather was very shaky about the time to install the roof, but the Jeff assured me they would not start if rain was likely. In fact it did rain in the morning and I was assured when it stopped that the job would be completed within two days. Actually, the roofing team showed up as the rain quit about 9:30 and they completely finished our 2500 square foot roof and cleaned up everything by 4:30 that same afternoon! They even went above and beyond by doing some extra work I requested and some they suggested without additional charge. Everything from the billing to the final warranty paperwork has also been handled in a very professional manner.
