Done Right Roofing just finished replacing my roof, after having hail damage. If you want your roof replaced professionally, this is a great choice. Bill does not cut any corners; it is very evident in speaking with him that quality is very important to him. The roof was taken down to the decking and he replaced all rotted boards (on roof and roof edge). It was so nice to get all that done by the roofer. His crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Splendid workmanship by Done Right. A huge tree limb broke off and landed on my 'new' roof recently. After the tree trunk was removed, I discovered a roof damage. I reached out to Bill to see if I could have some extra material, so that I can fix it myself. To my happy surprise, Bill responded that his crew can fix at no charge. Although I had to wait a bit longer than expected, the guy who showed up to fix the damaged roof has done splendid work that I cannot tell where the damage occurred. We had an old satellite dish get ripped out of the roof by a big storm and Bill got us squared away quickly! The gentleman who completed the work was amazing and even cleaned out our gutter while he was up there!Wonderful customer service, amazing work, and going above and beyond!
