We had a great experience from the beginning to the end, meeting with Chet Hannon to signing the final paperwork at the end of the job. The crew showed up bright and early, worked all day and had our new roof on by the end of the day. With the exception of the new roof you would never know they were here. We had a windstorm in January that took off my covered back porch and Mark Wright from Grandchamp Roofing. Sent his crew over here and worked with the insurance company and replaced it and it looks better than it did before it happened. I highly recommend this company. The main contact I worked with was Bert Bilsing. They had a 10 man team complete the job in 2 days! About 124 squares of material.  They sent me lots of photos during and after the roof work. This was important because I wasn't able to be there during the roof replacement. Key points: I upgraded the ventilation with soffit vents and passive turbines. Hoping to reduce the load on the HVAC units so they last longer. Communication was excellent. I hope not to need any roof work for a long time. I had Grandchamp Roofing make a small repair prior to 2023. Bruce sent someone out immediately to help with anything I needed. In 2023 my roof, gutters, and privacy fence received hail damage. I contacted my insurance company. Bruce and his team met with my insurance adjuster. Insurance paid for my repairs, less my deductible. Grandchamp handled everything. My roof, gutters, and privacy fence look great! This entire process was so easy and everything is perfect. Bruce always made sure I was happy with everything throughout the entire process. After the April, 2021 hail storm, we needed to have our roof replaced. Grandchamp Roofing came highly recommended and we selected Grandchamp to replace our roof. The cost was very competitive. From Day 1, individuals from Grandchamp were professional, courteous, and trustworthy. Once the work was completed, the crew left our property spotless - fantastic cleanup regarding old shingles, old nails, etc. In addition, they were very respectful with respect to flower beds and the rest of our property. We love our new roof. A big shout out goes to Brian Georges who managed the project. Because of Brian's efforts, the project was seamless - everything went so smoothly. Brian kept us in the loop throughout the project and periodically checked in with us once the job was finished - what GREAT service! Brian also arranged to have a sunroof replaced at no charge, after the roofing work was completed. I am not hoping for another hail storm; however, should we have one, without a doubt, we will be calling Grandchamp Roofing.
