Highly recommend working with Thomas Gears from Heritage Construction Co. for roof replacement. He’s a hard-working man with honesty & integrity and genuinely wants to make sure his customers are getting the best value and the best quality work with the job. He kept my husband & I and our insurance company very well informed throughout the entire process. When they found out the original product delivered was all completely defective, he made sure we got new product instead of leaving that bad shingles on. When the roofers finished work accidentally punctured a water pipe in the attic, he owned this accidental error and helped us fixed the leak. I cannot thank him enough for getting us through this process with a better roof than we could have imagined!

I had some hail damage and needed to replace the roof and used heritage. Well, I wish I had not. Once they replaced my roof I experienced a couple of leaks (something my roof didn't do even with hail damage), and I called them to get it fixed. Well, each time they came out they said they fixed it and then it still leaked, and then after filling a complain with the BBB they said it was a flashing issue, that they don't do. Well, every time they came out I could never get a straight answer for what they did to fix it, and then workers they sent I was not able to communicate with due to a landguege barrior. Then "fixing" it only made it worse, and they said I would have to lay extra to get them to fix it. Overall a terrible experience and I would not reccomend that you use them. I was initially given a quote that was super expensive, only to say it was too high and then they dropped the price, a red flag I should have seen initially. Overall I would avoid using heritage and would reccomend anyone else instead of them, if I could go back and do it again I would not use then.Service: Roof installation

This company is amazing! They provide a detailed free estimate and are efficient and timely with their work. Jobs are completed on time and Dustin Harris keeps in contact every step of the way to make sure you are updated at all times. Dustin Harris is professional and sets proper expectations from the initial time of estimate. I highly recommend using Heritage Construction and working with Dustin.

Very very good contractor. I received a very good quote, excellent service and workmanship. They were there when they said they would be. They gave excellent customer service and always kept me up to date on where they were with the project. I did not have to worry about a thing. They also did a remarkable clean up job after the job was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had our roof done today. These guys are like ants on an ant hill you just kicked. They are fast and good at installing the roof. Customer service is great too. Cole was our project manager for the job. By the end of the engagement Cole is a friend. Good folks!

Cole Montgomery was fantastic to work with. He performed a free survey of the roof to determine if there was any damage from hail, facilitated the insurance adjustor coming out to look at my house, and got the roof replaced in a very timely fashion. His customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism were top notch. Tawnya Maphet who works in the office was also very easy to work with and personable.I would definitely recommend any family or friends in need of roof work to Cole Montgomery with Heritage Construction.

My landowner hired them to fix the roof after the hail and I ended up needing 2 new tires with 8 + nails in them. The job was done and I had inspected for nails but then days later they came back to move materials without letting me know and there were nails everywhere on the drive way and the street and the grass. I figured they would pay for the tires but havnt been able to get in touch with anyone to help me for a month now and then when I do I feel ignored or they tried to say I “drove up on the grass and ran over their materials on purpose” which is not what happened at all. the job has been done and I figured it would be safe to park at my house but I guess it wasn’t. Keep looking - this should not be your roofing contractor.Job was supposed to be done in June (actually part of our agreement was that it would be done in June). It was not completed until almost October. Excuse after excuse...endless more excuses. There are lots of roofing options.
