Brian and Lucas Construction did a great job on replacing our roof. He communicated with us quickly every time we had a question leading up to the job. And the crew was able to tear out and replace the roof in less than a day. They were friendly and courteous and cleaned the yard really well after they finished. Overall a great experience!

Brian and his team at Lucas Construction built our first home and they did an outstanding job! I couldn't recommend this group of local professionals more.Having no experience to compare to, I feel that we were spoiled a bit because I have heard so many horror stories from building a home. Their communication and response time was outstanding, any issue we had was quickly addressed and fixed.The appliances, blinds, cabinets, and windows are all high quality, our bathroom sinks even light up, something I didn't even know I wanted. It was obvious the care and attention to detail that went into our home.At the eleventh hour we did have a slight hiccup, however Brian and his team worked around the clock to resolve the issue. we did go a little over our expected close date but we expected as much and we couldn't be happier in the home. The price was great too compared to what was on the market at the time, I would gladly have this team build my next home.

In May, our rental property in Bryan was hit by a large hail storm. Brian Lucas and his crew were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Brian helped us navigate the insurance maze and was always upfront and honest with all of his pricing. He handled all aspects of the repair from the skylight replacement to interior floor replacement. All repairs were prompt and professionally completed.
