Brandon and his crew installed 3 metal roofs for me in 2021. First an 8-plex in Metairie LA, I was so pleased with his work that I had him install a standing seam roof on my house and on my garage several months later.A month after he finished the garage roof hurricane Ida came along to test his work. All the roofs survived the storm. The only damage was where a large branch hit the garage ridge and left a dent. I’m sure he’ll stop by and replace that small piece of dented metal next time he does a job for me.I’m no stranger to metal roofs, I’m a real estate investor and have 7 properties in the New Orleans area and one in Mississippi. They all have metal roofs now because I believe in doing things one time, and the best that I can, so that when I get old I have one less thing to worry about.Brandon’s roofs are the most professionally installed roofs that I have. The materials far exceeds the other metal roofs on my properties that were installed before and After hurricane Katrina.I feel confident that I will not have any roof damage in future hurricanes (so long as a tree doesn’t fall on them). Brandon is a super nice guy who is easy to work with and he gets right back to you with any questions you might have.We bought an older home that had an older metal roof on it that needed to be cleaned as it had a bunch of sticky dirt on it from overhanging trees. Brandon and his team repaired the roofs on two buildings for us. The first had been leaking and they determined what was needed and it no longer leaks. The second was damaged by the famous Texas snow/ice storm of March 2021 and Brandon replaced the damaged roof support and then went out of his way to redo a section that was causing problems. Had a limb fall off a tree and land on the roof. They came out quickly and were able to assess the damage get me a quote and got to work quickly before the next storm came through. Make sure you get a written contract with everything that you agree to, especially what you get and the price. He texted me the price and wrote it nect to the tin I chose, no color, and afraid he installed it told me that the price of the tin went up. He also told me that I could pay with PayPal and then he told me they charged him money in order to get paid by PayPal so I paid him extra since he got charged my PayPal because I am a question. But I was told I was not supposed to pay him the extra money he charged me because we agreed upon that price and he should not have gone back on that price so he bit me off being a female. I still have not received the guarantee on my tin roof that I have asked for several times. I am going to try to get a hold of him one more time if I do not then you will now because I will not add or change anything on this review.
