A Frame has exceeded our expectations for roof replacement and gutter work, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, ceiling fan installations and other electrical work, interior painting, and consulting for potential property acquisition & rehab.Most recently, our Bradford Pear tree, doing what they are notorious for, split and nearly fell on the house. Along with a prior, similar Bradford Pear nuisance, Gene has removed those trees down to the ground and removed unknown tons of wood.Over the years, we have watched Gene reinvest in his business and plan for responsible growth. A Frame Home Services is top notch! In February 2023, the winter ice storm in Austin caused a massive Oak tree to fall on our house and crash through our roof. Gene Garcia and his crew came to the rescue! Gene helped smooth out the insurance process and organize his team to get our home back to normal. We were pleased with their professionalism, craftsmanship and timeliness in helping our home feel safe again after such a terrifying ordeal. 5 stars for A Frame Home Services!

We ran into some issues this past week with pipes and leaks due to the hard freeze. A Frame came to the rescue and really bailed us out. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, plus we love that this is a Veteran owned company. I would highly recommend A Frame. Gene not only contacted me within an hour of contacting him, but he also walked me through and gave me advice on leveling our yard for an above ground pool. When the first contractors came and did not finish the job well, Gene went above and beyond to come and give us a consultation on how we could solve the problem ourselves, or he was willing to be hired to help us finish leveling the ground.

I've used these guys for 2 big projects, siding and new roof. I have an older house and it needs a lot of fixing up. I was very pleased with the owners willingness to work within my budget and explain everything along the way. They worked very fast and got my new roof done in 3 days, start to finish. They were very efficient and cleaned up my yard after each work day.
