Great experience from start to finish with Braniac. Greg was great to work with. They came out quickly to quote the work I needed. Greg talked me through several options and got me where I needed to be on budget. When the work started they arrived when they said they would and got the work done on time. They exceeded expectations on their work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. They did roof repair and wood rot repair around most of my windows and wood trim around the roof and garage. I was dreading having someone come out and do this work, but Braniac really took great care of us. 5/5!

The best contractor I have ever used.. period. Not only did they take a job most every other contractor would not do but they went the extra mile and fixed things that needed fixed without chargiing us. They are really great guys and I would recomend them to anyone needing siding repair. Will definately call them again for more work in the future.

I recently had Brainiac Construction put a new roof on my home. They did outstanding work and coordinated the removal and installation of my solar panels. I was extremely impressed how the work with my insurance company to make sure all the hail damage was covered in my claim. I can't say enough about Brainiac Construction. I interview 10 roofing contractors before selecting Brainiac Construction and I'm really glad I did. They took care of every aspect of the project from beginning to and not a nail or scrap of material was left on site when they were done. I had them come out to inspect my roof from Hail damage- They came out to look at my roof and I got better service than I ever thought I would. They not only looked at my roof but they looked at my entire house. They took it from there and worked directly with my insurance and I was able to get not only my roof replaced but I got windows and gutters replaced. I am so thankful to them. I would have never knew any of that was so badly damaged. When the crew was done they did a great job cleaning up and the owner came out and inspected the job to make sure it was to his standards. The owner Michael Lawrence was awesome to talk to. It was refreshing to know there are still good people in this world, he even called to make sure I was happy and had no problems with the work. If I ever need any more construction done to my house, I know who to call. Thank you Brainiac and thank you Mr. Lawrence!

Had Michael Lawrence come take a look at my roof after a pretty decent storm. He asked me to contact my insurance company which I did. They met with Michael and everything else just fell into place. We got the insurance estimate from my insurance as Michael said we would. He got in touch with my insurance company and added some damages they forgot to put into the estimate. We agreed on a price for the replacement and he got to work. They did an amazing job during the project from making sure I understood the materials being used and upgraded. During the project build he made sure the area was clean and looked amazing even as they were tearing off huge amounts of debris.
