So I called this morning about getting my roof leaked n looked at. I got contacted once from craven, they sent out Chris, and he was able to assess and repair on the spot same day and it was a reasonable price. He didn’t try to gouge me or quote for a bigger pay day. I was very impressed, very happy and highly recommend him. If I have issues in the future, it feels good to know I have someone knowledgeable that I can rely on. The peace of mind from getting this addressed is incredible because I was dreading having to deal with the situation. I just wish I had called them sooner. I feel like I lucked out today. Give them a call.

Yesterday I called Craven Roofing to discuss some issues with my roofing. I was scheduled right away and met with Kyle to discuss the issues I was experiencing. Kyle was very knowledgeable and informative and extremely helpful. He outlined most of what he believed, would fix my issues and provide a solution. We’ll see what the price is… I don’t mean that to be disrespectful, just honest.

After Chris walked me through the entire process, from start to finish he was communicative the entire time. Multiple trips by him and his crew got the job done fast, neat, and done correctly. Kyle Putman inspected my attic and roof for a problem we recently noticed. He discovered the root of the problem and was able to offer a few solutions. Additionally, he found a few more serious concerns with the roof and offered solutions for those. Overall, he is knowledgeable, helpful, and offered repairs for both issues in a range of prices. Very nice guy!

I'm more than happy with my experience. I had a few shingles missing on my roof. I called them to get a quote which was reasonable, and it was fixed within a couple of days. Kyle is friendly and was here when he said he would be here. I'll be using Craven again in the future.

Heath Walker, project manager for roof inspections, came out to do a follow up inspection on a finding based on a house I’m looking to buy. Response time was awesome, and insight a solid reflection of expertise in the field. Called Chris on a Monday and he had me fixed up by Wednesday. He had fantastic communication on expectations, timing, provided a reasonable quote before doing the work, and even provided pictures of the finished product. This was above expectations as he walked me through the items on the roof that needed attention and concerns they may represent with picture support was really top-notch service. It’s really hard to find exceptional business people but I met one today. I went through Angie’s List looking for a company to look at my roof, give me an estimate and do the job professionally. I picked Craven Roofing & Construction and waited to be contacted. The very next morning I got the call and within minutes I had an appointment set for that afternoon. But that’s not the amazing part. Chris Craven showed up, introduced himself and gave me his card. He sat down and I briefed him on my roof. Chris explained the whole process, with or without insurance. He explained the types of repairs and materials could be considered and used. After about 45 minutes of process explanation he excused himself and climbed up on the roof and conducted an inspection. After sometime he came back down from the roof and briefed me on what he saw. This is the amazing part! Chris told me there was damage but in his opinion not enough to file an insurance claim. He went into another briefing on who, what, when and where I could go from here and Chris spent another 45 minutes answering all my questions! This is time spent with me knowing he didn’t have a job to do!! I was very impressed! Chris had the integrity, character and professionalism to do that!! What does this all mean? He’s got himself a future customer! If Chris is that professional and NOT get the job, I look forward to his professionalism when he gets the job!! When the time comes the job is his!! We needed a contractor who could do some roof repairs and interior ceiling repairs due to a leak. We had a few companies come out and look at it. Cruz from Craven Roofing inspired our confidence when he quickly found the leak and recommended how to repair it (compared to the other bidders who told us a much bigger fix was required). He kept in good communication as to when he would do the work, the scope of work, and the cost. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job. Highly recommended!

Had a small amount of shingle damage from a wind storm. Was contacted by Craven after searching Angie's List for roofers. Heard from their repair technician Jeff Delacruz within an hour or so. He arrived precisely on time, assessed the damage, and completed the repair within 30 minutes of arrival. The repair was exactly what, and cost less than, the insurance company had estimated, the whole process taking less than half a day. Outstanding service all the way around. Chris and Cruiz are extremely pleasant and very competent in their work. I had a leak inmy metal roof and was panicking (literally) about how to find the leak and get it fixed. Called Chris. He was very prompt in responding.He and Cruiz looked at the roof, told me what needed to be done for the roof and the damage to the ceiling in the house. The work was done quickly and met the estimate to the T. I appreciate their professional and expert service as well as their concern and respect for my home. Couldnt be more pleased with the whole experience. Chris called me first thing that morning to set up an estimate, had someone there by 0930 that same morning ready to knock it out once we settled on a price and had the job done the same day. Cruz was awesome. Very proffessional, and as i work night shift, was more than willing to accomodate my schedule. The price i thought was pretty fair, remembering that good work aint cheap and cheap work aint good. If you want a skilled proffesional that will get the job done RIGHT and timely, i highly recommend Craven Roofing and Construction. Ive been a quality inspector in Aviation for about ten years and would have no problem blasting someone for a less than stellar performace.
