Replaced my roof 18 months ago. 3 month after the roof was replaced, I had a water leak around the chimney. Called them several times to get it fixed but they said that the flashing of the chimney is leaking, which is not their job and that I need to call a masonry. Every masonry I called stated that the flashing needs to be done by a roofer. I called a different roofing company and they got it fixed. A disappointing experience overall.

Responsive, fast, and great quality of work. When Jeff first came to inspect my roof for hail damage, I walked up on the roof with him and he showed me what he was looking for and what the insurance company is looking for in damages. He pointed out the areas of impact from the hail and actually had me feel the areas and compare the feel to areas not impacted. They worked with me and my insurance and made the process as smooth and painless as possible. Biggest thing that really impressed and showed how they go above and beyond is when they were doing the roof they ripped off all the old felt showed me it looked like previous companies had just stacked it as there were several layers. But I’m doing so he found water/rot damage that had been hidden for god only knows how many years. His team quickly sourced the materials and replaced the damaged areas professionally. All work they performed we are very satisfied with and will continue using Jeff and his team at J&L for any future roofing needs. There are a lot of roofing companies out there. Go down my street and you will see signs for at least 10 of them. But my closest neighbors and I chose J&L our roofs got completed long before the other houses on our street and honestly the difference in quality shows as well.

They painted my home beautifully and I gave them an idea for a bathroom makeover and they made it happen. Everything looks beautiful. They checked with me along the the way to make sure I was happy.
