Lone Star Roofing took great care of us! We had wind and hail damage to our roof. They helped us with the entire process. They helped us contact our adjuster and met with him when he came out. They were professional, courteous, on time and budget, and left me extremely pleased. A professional wildlife company has removed the bats. Derrick, the owner of Lone Star Roofing, sent his crew to make certain that there are no areas on the roof that will harbor bats, if they do return.I was pleasantly surprised to find out Derek deals with customers issues himself. In addition to providing professional, responsive, good quality service. They went out of their way to ensure I was able to see all available shingle color options I was thinking about. For the sample colors they did not have on hand they provided me a picture or a house to go look at in person. They do not rush you to pick a color. However, when you do the job is quickly scheduled and completed with the up most respect for your property. We called Lone Star Roofing and Contracting to inspect our roof after a bad storm. They were out the next day, discussed what they seen, involved our insurance adjuster, once the adjuster was done with his inspection Lone Star went to work replacing our roof. They replaced our roof in 1 day. 8 guys worked diligently and very respectful to my family as my kids were impressed seeing such a task they haven’t ever seen before. This was our first time to use Lone Star. We had recommended them years prior to good friends of ours and they had a very similar experience. Saying and doing can be 2 totally different things. Lone Star does both.

If you're anything like me and know nothing about roofing, Alex is your guy! He was out promptly and assured me he would take care of everything, and he did. He dealt directly with my insurance adjuster from start to finish, even meeting with him so I didn't have to miss work.
