Modern Edge Roofing specializes in taking care of their customers above all else. Our large and complicated roof was severely damaged by baseball-sized hail. The call to Modern Edge was the first and only call we made for our roof replacement. Elias was personally involved in every aspect of the process. He was present for the insurance adjuster's inspection to make sure that we received everything possible from our claim. Elias was on site for the big day of replacement, managing a skilled crew of over 25 workers, and overseeing every detail. Their quality control and attention to detail are second to none. Our neighbor a few doors down with a similar roof used a different contractor who took four days to do a complete replacement. Our roof was replaced in a single day! Elias helped us with our roof when it needed to be replaced. He did an inspection with the insurance adjuster and was finding more damage than the adjuster! I wouldn't have wanted to go through the inspection process with out him, he was very professional and knew how to deal with the adjuster and the insurance company to make us whole again. From the initial inspection, Alias and Daniel provided a very accurate assessment of the damage incurred and what should be expected from the insurance company. Our house is steep and sizable. I love this company. After having worked in the customer service industry for many years, I know what good customer service is and isn't. A neighbor had first recommended a different roofer who was not Modern Edge to come check my roof. I called him and he showed up...45 minutes late. Took a little look around and seemed like he was in a hurry. Needless to say, I did not call that roofer back.But then I heard of Elias of Modern Edge through a family member who said he did a great job on his roof. I called Elias who was way on the other side of town. He said he would be happy to come by in an hour. And guess what? He showed up right when he said he would!Elias was cordial and professional. He took a couple of minutes to explain what he was about to do and what the process was. He assured me he would check the health of my roof yet had no interest in installing a new roof for me if I didn't need one.Sure enough, I did need one as I suspected, and my insurance adjustor agreed.He sat with me and helped me file the claim. Took about 10 minutes. He then scheduled his people to show up and change out the roof. This was something impressive to behold. A crew of six men which was just right for the size of my roof, uninstalled the old roof and installed the new onein just ONE day! They even made time to clean up and leave my property cleaner than it was before.All of the paperwork was quick and easy.
