This was our second time using Old Pro Roofing, following insurance claims. They are professional in every way,from the initial assessment, to the follow up inspection. Rep Colt Mathis did a great job of coordinating the whole job. The roofing crew worked hard to tear out, install and cleanup. Colt also set up gutter replacement and window screens. Both of the subcontractors did a great job. We are very happy with the results, and our insurance company was too. Thank you 😎✝️

We had a great experience working with Old Pro Roofing. On a rainy day, we had water coming into our house. I called Richard from Old Pro and within an hour, he was at our house. Not only did he locate the leak in the roof, but he went above and beyond by helping minimize water damage on the inside. He walked us through the process to get a new roof step by step. Old Pro Roofing is the most professional roofer we have dealt with. Colt inspected our roof and we had minor problems with our roof but a lot of shoddy work done on our brand new carport. We knew we were going to replace the roof when we bought the house. So we decided it was time when we had a leak during the week long rains a few months ago. Colt suggested several places on the roof that needed correction. They arrived today and I must say their crew is awesome. They have gone above any company to protect our landscaping. I can’t wait to see the finished roof and have piece of mind that I now know that everything is being done professionally and accurate. Be careful when you hire a company that bids lower than others. You may think you are getting a good deal but find out later you have to pay the price of redoing an upgrade when it was done poorly by a company that does shoddy work. We paid more for Old Pro Roofing and I am glad I did! Now I know I had a profesional replacing our roof and fixing things to preserve the integrity of our property. After the worst hail storm in 26 years (which lasted less than 5 minutes), we were in denial that our 8-year-old roof with Class 4 shingles needed to be replaced. Ryan came out and inspected my roof after a storm. He prepared ahead of time by asking me questions I would've never thought of to access the roof before he even showed up. He was well prepared, inspected my roof thoroughly, and explained everything in a way that I understood even though I have no connection to the roofing business, and is now my roofer for life. We used Old Pro Roofing for replacing our roof, painting the siding/trim, getting new gutters and screens. As par for the course, the insurance company disagreed how bad the damage really was, but Ruston Reagan and all of his great crew at Old Pro Roofing went to bat for us, helping us get appraisers to discuss the issues with the insurance appraisers. “Our” appraisers convinced the insurance appraisers that it was a covered expense! Old Pro Roofing lined up the roofers, painters and gutter installers so it was a smooth transition from one contractor to the other. Ruston and his crew kept us informed as to when everyone was suppose show up and kept an eye on the job as it progressed. Looks like a new house! Bottom line, I would definitely use Old Pro Roofing again for any roofing/painting/gutter/screen projects again! The Old Pro representative was outstanding. He asked for some basic information, contacted the insurance adjustor and handled the job in a very professional manner. I had recommended Old Pro Roofing (Randy Galloway's favorite roofing company) to my daughter. She use them but was very worried about her flower beds, expecting a disaster when they left.
