I dealt with Tony coming to give my roof assessed after having 1.5 inch hail! He came really quickly and promptly and in less than 15 minutes I had photographic evidence of how my roof was doing! He was very honest with how it was and also looked at the carport and gazebo for me as well. Overall pleasant experience and would call back again!

Very high quality work and customer service was the absolute best! It was like talking with a friend. When there was something I didn't understand from the insurance company Tony answered everything and explained everything. The workers were so kind and worked so fast and it turned out absolutely amazing! I am so thankful I chose to use Knowles Roofing and will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. I'm updating my original review that I posted and then withdrew on 9-3-2023. (Original review posted at bottom)Unreliable and lack of communication, is the only thing that can be said about this company. After I posted a negative review (posted below), I was contacted by the owner the same day, 9-3-2023. He was quick to apologize and said he would do whatever it took to make things right, if we would give them another chance. I was skeptical, but he seemed sincere, so I agreed. I told him I would go ahead and remove the negative review at that time. He said he would send a worker over the next day to fix our damaged roof and repair the flashing around our chimney. The worker showed up the next day and removed the shingles from around our chimney and fixed the flashing. It was then that he noticed that the shingles he had brought were a different color than the shingles on our roof. I didn't really understand this, because one of their workers had already taken a sample of our old shingles when he was here weeks before with the wrong colored shingles the first time. The owner then called me on the phone while the worker was on the roof and said the shingles didn't match and they would have to put the wrong colored shingles on, so the roof wouldn't leak. He said that they would get with their distributor the next day or the day after to visually match the shingles to the ones on our roof so they could replace the wrong colored ones. It has now been over 2 weeks later and still no communication or word from this company. Not only is the damaged section of our roof not repaired, but now we have different colored shingles around our chimney. The damaged section of our roof still has plastic sheeting covering it and it has been that way since this company put it on there, back in June. This whole situation would almost be funny, it it wasn't so frustrating. I chose this company because of their 5 star rating, but I guess ratings can be misleading. So much for making things, "right."(Original review / Posted on 9-3-2023)I don't know how this company has a 5 star rating. We have been getting the run around from them for well over a month now. They have scheduled to come and do our repairs to our roof on 3 different dates and have failed to show up on all 3 dates . Not only did they not show up, but they failed to call and let us know they would not be coming. When we would call and talk to the receptionist, Kayce, to see why they didn't show up to do the work, she couldn't give us an explanation. She would then say she would check into it for us, and call us right back, but we would never hear back from her. This happened on several occasions. We called them back this past Friday, (8-25-23) around 4pm and asked them if we just needed to find another company to do the work, and the receptionist, Kayce, said they were sending a worker out right then to do the work. He showed up about an hour later, and didn't have the right shingles for our house. He said he would try and get the right shingles and come back th following Monday. Well, it is now a week later, and still nothing. Very frustrating.Our roof was originally damaged on 6-15-23, and we contacted Knowles Roofing a few weeks later. They were pretty helpful with sending out someone to look at our roof and give us an estimate. Having someone show up to do the repairs when scheduled and returning phone calls is where we are running into problems. It has now been over 2 months trying to get our roof repaired.

Their work shows!! 💯% then some.!They were fast!2 days! For tear off and put All New back on!! Even did repairs that the prior company was supposed to do 7 years ago and didn't do!All the crew were Professional well respectmanners!!All These gentlemen are hard working men and work hard at their jobs!! They didn't stand around and B'S they were enjoying their Job! That's a plus!!You didn't see them stand take 20 smoke breaks! If you are looking for a roofing company please check out Knowles Roofing in Canton, Texas. This company replaced our roof and they were very professional and helpful. They answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My husband and I decided to go with Knowles Roofing, after we saw Tony Munoz was going out to houses and doing free inspections. We knew our roof was bad, but we didn’t know how much damage there actually was until Tony came out and showed us/explained to us how we could benefit from a new roof. Tony came out and did our free inspection, got us started on our insurance claim, came out with Ashley to talk us through the claim/process of the installation and was there with us and FOR US throughout the entire process. We just got our new roof this past week, and we couldn’t be any more pleased. The workers worked hard and fast in 20 degree weather to completely replace our roof. We LOVE it. We didn’t know how bad it looked, until we saw our new roof looking AMAZING. We will send anyone/everyone to Knowles Roofing and suggest they use Tony for there process. We had a bad storm come through with hail, wind and lots of debris. Mr. Tony with Knowles Roofing was my first call. I was genuinely surprised when he said he would be at my house the next morning to inspect our roof. Not only was he on time, but he was early! I was impressed with his professionalism and expert job knowledge on the subject of damage roof inspections. He also impressed me when he used a state of the art drone with live video to accurately inspect our roof. He gave us his professional opinion our roof did not sustain any damage other than a lone shingle pulled up, in which Mr. Tony fixed and refused to take payment for. Knowles is great to work with. I first met Tony when a weak tornado went between my house and the neighbors in Forney. I had shingles turned up and limbs stuck under them. Tony checked the roof over pulled the sticks out and laid the tabs back down. I had a leak around a vent and they replaced it at no cost. Moved to Canton and had two trees fall on the house and damage to both my shop and storage shed and my garage door got messed up. Needed a new roof on everything and gutters and a garage door. Once again Tony came out and walked us through everything. Between Tony and Jared and Ashley Knowles they worked with the insurance and subcontractors for everything. The roofing crew in well over 100degree heat stripped the roof to the decking repaired where it was messed up and put on a whole new roof and changed out vents. The house had rotten wood under the gutters and soffit and facia which was not covered by insurance but was repaired for additional cost. All organized by Knowles. I am extremely happy with the work done and the exceptional clean-up efforts made to make sure all the nails and peices of shingles we picked up. Tony even came back the day after the roofing crew finished and walked the yard with a rolling magnet again just to make sure. If you think you need a new roof or just have a leak and you want to be treated like a friend or neighbor Knowles Roofing is the place to call.

It took a little bit of time to get back to me but when they did, they showed up on time and completed the work correctly. They fixed a dead valley roof leak and the damaged wood trim, paint and all. Knowles Roofing is awesome. I had an insurance claim and I worked with Kelly. She really knows her stuff and made working with her and the whole process so smooth. They did the whole roof repair in a day and a half. The cleaned up the job site perfectly when completed. It did take about a month to get it scheduled but that wasn't their fault since it was raining non stop but they did keep informed and got it scheduled quick as possible when the weather broke.
