I have used Restore Atlas on 2 projects in the last year on my aging mothers house and about to start a 3rd. Jeremy is the one we interacted with the most, but the workers are all friendly and helpful. Jeremy was fair and open about his pricing and service. Rather than saying he will do anything or everything as we walked the property for things that I need done, he was very up front about the work he does and focuses on those projects. For example, he concentrated on the construction and told us we would be better served by a landscaper for the other project I mentioned. I appreciate that honesty the most, that he told me which projects weren't their specialty, so that his team could be productive and provide the best possible service outcome, and also allowing me to get the other projects like landscaping, done in the same manner from other sources.

Restore Atlas is a Craftsman company. If you know what a Craftsman company is you'll know them by this statement. If you don't let me just say they don't just throw up a fence. They craft a fence. The workmanship is excellent. The materials are extraordinary. As for pricing I got eight quotes they were right in the middle. Some of the Lesser ones would have used shoddy material. Some of the higher-priced ones probably not much better. No one was talking about using the kind of Cedar you are about to see in the photos except Restore Atlas. You want to know okay fence get someone else. Do you want an awesome fence get these guys.

We used Restore Atlas to construct a 1000 sq. foot multi-level partially covered/screened in deck and to replace an old fence. We had an excellent experience and would very highly recommend Restore Atlas to anyone looking to make some upgrades to their property.We received quite a few bids before this job and Restore Atlas came in about in the middle pricewise. We selected them because, from the beginning, owner, Jeremy Evans seemed so much more knowledgeable than anyone else that we consulted. He was a true craftsman and the only contractor who took the time to lay out my vision in a 3D program so that I knew we were on the same page. I also liked his previous experience building in hurricane prone areas.Jeremy was on the job to make sure that everything was laid out correctly and then came back periodically to inspect the progress. His foreman Mike, who was on the job the entire time, was also extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. We could see him outside making corrections and ensuring that his crew did only quality work throughout the job. The crew members themselves were professional and cleaned up after.The guys at Restore Atlas really took a lot of extra time and effort to make sure that we were completely satisfied with each stage of construction. As the building progressed, we were able to make small changes without any issues. The outcome was better than I could have hoped for and has added significant value to my home.Later, after the completion of construction weather changes made it necessary to make minor readjustments to the doors on the structure. Mike came out and completed these without issue or additional charge.

We had Restore Atlas replace our fence and remove the tree between our property and our neighbors that was breaking our shared fence. The whole experience literally could not have been better! Jeremy is a true professional with a heart of gold. Everyone who was working on our fence were wonderful and sweet. When I walked the fence after, any little thing I found ( which was virtually nothing) they fixed with a smile and understanding. They explained everything I had questions about and the fence looks perfect. Everything was done so well and the fence is so strong! I'm so excited to have this beautiful fence to enjoy for years and years to come!The tree removal was also done safely and very well. The stump is mayyyybe 1.5 inches above the ground. Probably even shorter. The yard looks soooo nice and I love it! I will be hiring Restore Atlas for ANY other work we need done.

Was referred to the business through a mutual friend and I am very happy with the work completed. Jeremy was quick to respond and answer any question or concern I had before starting any work and provided his great, professional opinion on how to best approach the work that needed to be done. The majority of the work was completed in one day and the crew on site was very professional, attentive, and respectful. The only delay was having the fenced stained/protected but this was due to rain that soaked the wood before it could be completed.I would highly recommend them based on the courtesy and sincerity that was extended throughout the process and because the completed work exceeded my expectations. Restore Atlas installed two fences for us. The first was standard and went up smooth and looks great. The second was non-standard (for lack of a better term) and looks great too. A few boards were loose in the weeks following the install, and they came out promptly and fixed. When it was apparent that a more solid solution was needed to keep those boards in place for the long term, the installed a robust system to fix the fence and we are happy with the results. I'm impressed that they continued to work through the issues with no complaints, being here on time and always providing me details on the work to be done.I would highly recommend Restore Atlas for your fence needs, and I will certainly keep them at the top of my list for any future work.

After Hurricane Ida, my original insurance inspector said that my roof was not damaged except for a few missing shingles. After Restore Atlas inspected our roof, it was determined that we needed to replace the entire roof. In the midst of a hurricane, when everyone is slammed and you have to choose between reputation and price, Rebecca and Atlas took the crown in both categories. While I waited days or weeks for Even a response from other companies, Atlas responded immediately, was on time and gave a thorough estimate and explained why the price was X amount. Still dealing with the insurance, and they have been like family. While waiting on my initial insurance claim, referred them to my grandmother and within 3 days they quoted and installed to completion. Having a company that responds to your inquiry like your family is huge. I assure you the work was done well above par, and the customer service you get with them is second to none. Always had a response within 30 minutes if I had any questions or problems, 24/7. The price was also very competitive and in the end the lowest bid I got. If your in need of a roof, look no further.

Jeremy and his team are simply awesome. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and companies over the years. We decided to modify our project a little bit when it was ongoing. Jeremy visited us Saturday morning and explained our options without sacrificing quality. He then made sure the changes were carried out properly.I found them to be highly ethical and Jeremy really cares about customer satisfaction. After deck was completed, he came back and hanged the deck swing for us .. he did not have to, but he just did us a favor.I recommend him and his company highly, I would surely give him my future projects.
