Got several quotes on my roof after the big hail storm. Viking was very reasonably priced and easy to work with. My wife was having some health issues and they worked with us to accommodate our schedule. They did great work and cleaned up nicely. They even added additional ridge vent that was not required in our agreement. Viking Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. His technicians were very professional and keep the job a lot cleaner than I expected. (The last roof was nowhere near as clean and seamless as this one.) San Antonio received record setting rain levels this month and in "celebration" of this achievement my old roof threw in the towel. I needed a new roof; Jason and his guys came highly recommended and they did not disappoint me. They were very reasonably priced and they got me taken care of very quickly (the entire job completed in a day). Unfortunately, with more rain I had a leak even with the new roof. Jason sent his crew out that day (Saturday) and they discovered it wasn't a roof leak, but my chimney was leaking. They took care of the leak and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed (water tested the area and went into the attic to make sure it wasn't coming through). Jason is excellent to work with. He answered every question and concern (he's prompt in replying too). Exceptional customer service and workmanship, I'd hire this company again without any hesitation!

Jason and his guys are awesome. Jason did an emergency patch on a Sunday in the middle of a storm to keep the rain out of our house, then he came out and fixed what a bad roofer messed up when they installed our roof. He is straightforward and his guys are polite and work hard. They even helped explain what they were doing and they went over the materials they used. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or repair.

I have been pleased with Viking from the first time I called them out. After having other roofing companies come out and fail, they actual know how to fix our tile roofs on the 33 buildings I manage. Not only have they fixed numerous roof leaks, they have done many quality construction jobs for, not only myself, but other property managers I know. The owner of Viking Roofing, Jason Franks, came to my home to give me an estimate and to describe the leak problem. He explained it was not a roof leak – it was a leak from AC condensation in attic. The first two men he sent attempted to correct the problem but did a poor job repairing the wallboard. I called Jason to express my concerns, and he immediately took care of the problem. He sent another roofer with no additional charge. I will certainly use this company again when/if I have any roofing problems.

Over-delivers! Honest and does excellent work. They did a ridge vent for one of our rental homes...had it done well ahead of time. Sent them to my son for a problem he was having on his roof after an estimate came in from another roofer that was going to charge him for work he did not need! Saved my son thousands of dollars. Honest, they are honest. Cant say enough about Viking!

Terrible. Unprofessional. They won't say how many employees they have but I think 1 or 2. - apparently just a middleman for Latino roofing crew. We agreed on 150 per square price for a 103 square roof. After job is done they are trying to charge and additional 5-7 THOUSAND: for installing 133 squares - I didn't even buy that many shingles. Worse, they are trying to shake us down for 5 dollars a bundle to get shingles on the roof (about $2000). We didn't agree to that and had a skid steer on site and in fact spent 530 on a tele-forklift rental to accomplish that lifting (but they could not operate it when I wasn't there to operate it). They don't have a plan for getting shingles on a roof and rely on the homeowner? Trash everywhere afterward: Picked up about 10-15 nails in the driveway after they were gone. About 60 from flower beds. Left three pallets in front yard. They used my Kubota UTV to haul trash and dented the tailgate. They were an absolute nightmare on this job.
