I selected Advocate Construction to handle my roof replacement last month when I discovered I had major hail damage on my roof and so far, the service has been tremendous!The sales rep Mike S. came out for the initial inspection and was able to help me open a claim and managed everything professionally and efficiently throughout the whole process to ensure that I received the maximum benefit for the damages. He also maintained great communication to make sure that my questions were answered.The Field Supervisor Ralph F. also came out to walk the property with the insurance inspector to make sure that all my questions and concerns about the damages were addressed and he was very helpful, professional and friendly as well. The roof is scheduled to be replaced in a few weeks and I have nothing but confidence in regards to the satisfactory results.Everyone I have spoken to on the entire Advocate team so far has provided wonderful service and I will definitely recommend their service to family and friends!

But for this company, Advocate, Drake, and Luke and team, we would have replace our roof on our own. The ins. co. denied us replacement, EVEN though it was indicated in their own evaluation that our roof needed to be replaced as a result of hail damage.Drake came along and took another look, and Luke got on them until they (may be too kanother look at their evaluation) and approved a replacement. Advocate worked with us professionally. Will definitely recomend.Thank you, Advocate.

I don’t generally have a lot of confidence when it comes to roofing companies, too many independent guys, new companies… you just never know if they’ll be around or do what they say.From the start I gained confidence with Advocate roofing and specifically Collin Henderson. Short story, they did more than they said they’d do, on time, quality materials, quality work, clean up crew worked feverishly during the process and came back on their own accord twice to make sure everything was up to my standards and theirs. I had my hail-damaged roof replaced with Cody and Advocate Construction this summer.They made the process as easy as possible for me; Cody worked with my insurance to get the claim approved and kept on them when my insurance was being a little slow.The workmanship was excellent and professional. They were meticulous about cleanup and made follow-up visits to ensure the final product was satisfactory. We selected a different roof color and are pleased with the new look.Everyone in this company has a professional demeanor and I would not hesitate to work with them again and would suggest them to anyone else needing roof work.I would suggest a free roof inspection to anyone who hasn’t had one after a hail storm. You can’t really tell the condition of your roof unless someone walks up there and takes a look. I did not know I had significant hail damage until I had my roof walked.

We are very happy with our new roof from Advocate Construction! Luke and Bryce were fantastic to work with and did a great job with communication. They made the whole process super easy and were even able to help me through the insurance claim process and dealing with the HOA. Everything was done on schedule and we didn’t have to worry about any surprise charges or plans changing last minute. Everyone was very professional and the whole process was a breeze. I feel like there are so many scammy roofers companies out there but Advocate is not one of them. Highly recommended!

Drake and Luke did an EXTRAORDINARY job doing my Roof! Drake and advocate as a whole were extremely communicative, Professional, thorough with their inspection and took all of the hassle away from me having to deal with my insurance! My roof was denied initially through insurance but Drake and Luke fought hard for me and got my previously denied roof approved! Not only that, but advocate did an AMAZING job doing my roof and fence while being extremely through both during the build AND after the build with multiple people following up to assure no nails and debris were left behind. Overall, advocate was extremely professional and left no stone unturned! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking to go through the claims process due to hail storms! I worked with Collin H. on my deal and my insurance company played hardball with us the whole way. It was a very difficult project all because of Safeco, but Colin and Tammy worked very hard to get every penny from the insurance company who tried to deny the supplemental claims. They truly went above and beyond. As for the actual construction, it was a difficult job due to some decking issues, but the crew that worked on my roof was fantastic. They were polite, clean and professional. They did an excellent job making sure the jobsite was super clean and went over and over the whole area to make sure there were no nails left and also took extra measures to make sure no nails fell into my A/C condensing unit without damaging the unit as it was 105 degrees both days. I highly recommend Advocate for any roofing job.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ralph and Advocate Construction. They were very professional, on time and responsive. From the beginning to the end of our roof replacement project, Ralph was always there to provide guidance and assistance. They have a nice portal that you can track the stages and progress of the project. Their crew are very friendly. After completion of the work they inspected its quality couple of times to make sure everything is done perfectly. They also did a nice clean up at the end. Noah was amazing to work with! This company did everything they could to get me a new roof and gutters. The only company that could. They are fantastic to work with. Very patient when it comes to getting paid. My insurance canceled two different checks. It took way too long to get them paid. I appreciate them for working with me. I don't normally write reviews but this company left me with no choice.It all started with a "knock at the door" by Corbin S for permission to inspect my roof. Little did I know that there were some significant storm damages and it needed to be taken care of. Corbin helped create a claim with the home insurance company. Obviously, they sent a roof inspection company without Advocate's knowledge and denied the claim (BTW, Corbin did warn me that this may happen). Corbin helped me schedule a thorough inspection with the insurance adjuster again and they finally passed the claim. The Advocate team then got to work and completed roof replacement in just 1 day. Their crew were right on time and finished with little to no mess. They also painted existing vents that were not even in an approved scope.Super thankful to the Advocate team and Corbin in particular for getting the job well done and more.

My aunt and I had five properties done. Advocate Construction done then all they worked with the insurance adjuster. Luke one of Advocates representative , met insurance adjuster and climbed up on the roof on all five properties to assess the damage. All three insurance companies said go ahead with the work.One thing I really like was it insurance adjuster doesn’t come out and look at the roof by himself or herself company also sends a representative to that person was Luke Christisen. These guys are fantastic at what they do. From working with the insurance company to getting the roof on and our property cleaned up. They even came back out multiple times to make sure there was not any nails left in our yard or driveway. Ralph is a great man to deal with and I would call him 1st before any one if we ever need a roof again. The roofers did an EXCELLENT JOB installing even in 108 degrees. These guys need a vacation.
