I was extremely disappointed in the response received when I requested a bid. I had real estate contacts that walked my roof and assured it would pass a claim. I wanted a bid so I could sign for them to be my roofer, and in turn, they would meet my adjuster out and help me get most funds possible. They flat out refused to even send me a bid without me first filing a claim. I did it, I got the claim approved, but I just can't call a company that told me to jump in a lake unless I had insurance $ in hand. We all know they have satellite estimating, so they would not have even needed to come out. When a company wants to see your claim before they say a price, then I feel their pricing is not fair across the board, but malleable by your claim payout. Disappointed.

The consistent comment is that while it is expensive, you will never need another roof. We look forward to warrantied protection from which our grand, even great-grandchildren will benefit (if the house stands that long) from a company in existence for almost 50 years. The quality from the installers, both roof and gutter, matched our own high standards of workmanship, a labor not rushed but timely, excellent in every way. The measure of their work was combined with personal professionalism in their manner. The salesmen interacted personably, giving time in hard pursuit of everyone's best interests. The contractor's presence delighted and his responsiveness comforted. Our home will be open to each and every one of them as long as we live or until Jesus returns, whichever comes first.

Great company to work with and crew!The sales person was very knowledgeable personable and helpful easy to reach for questions . Our insurance company tried to talk us out of signing the deal being a bit more expensive than your average . But as the saying goes, you pay for what you get most of the time . You go too cheap you get cheap labor and that’s not good ! The crew felt experienced and not your average crew .We had a great experience the crew came back to adjust what we needed to fix. We even asked their advice on the gutters install to make sure it matches the standard of installation and durability .The project supervisor and manager were always available and monitored the project throughout the whole process . They were both made us feel comfortable when we checked the project with them not like other companies acting strange when you check on their work . We are happy with the install so far, our home already has better ventilation and with the radiant barrier we’re looking forward to a cooler summer more cost effective cooling bills. Especially in Texas heat! Excited about having ceramic on the shingles therefore keeping the home cooler as well.The only thing that’s left to find out is how it works over the years in terms of durability and warranty . I was told they can check in the roof yearly to ensure its durability. I guess Erie got our backs with this promise and looking forward to see it delivered as years will progress .Thank you !

Erie Home replaced my roof in Jan 2024. The materials were delivered on Jan 25th. Installation was to be on Jan 26th, but bad weather delayed the install to Jan 29th. They started at sunrise, and worked all day. The workers did a great job of preping the roof, then installing the new fiberglass shingles. They worked till dark, but didn't quite finish. They returned on the 30th, early in the morning, and finished up by 11 AM. The site was left as clean as before the install. The foreman was very helpful and explained what was being done during the install. He even hauled off some trash for me. Thanks, Benny.The roof looks great, and there are no leaks (we have had a couple of 1/2 inch rains since the install). It was very easy doing business with Eric Home, from sales to install. I would recommend them for a roof replacement.

We expirenced a few hiccups, but we're ultimately reasonably satisfied. Todd was great, but the lady over the Dallas office was patronizing and pushing me off the phone while I was expressing my qualms. That rubbed me wrong after spending 18,000 dollars, and she needs to manage her anxiety better when dealing with customers. As far as the quality, we had a few minor things touched on after the fact, but the overall project seems to have set well and we have expirenced better energy efficiency.

I don’t know about their product or installation quality. I do know they will not visit or speak to you without your spouse present. This feels like a high pressure sale that I didn’t need. The last thing my spouse cares about is our roofing material.EDIT: This was actually my second interaction with Erie. The first time a salesman did come out, and I was interested in getting a quote, but his computer system could not estimate my roof size. He promised I would hear back in 2 days and I never heard from him again.

From start to finish I was impressed with the presentation. They took pictures of the roof. Also the attic. We discussed the issues he found and took it upon himself to cover aportion of my roof that had a small hole that leaked. Rain was in the forecast.We set a schedule date. They arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled. My roof looks great. I highly recommend this company if you want quality service!

I had a quote scheduled. Nobody came by and I called an hour after the appointment time and was told that our house isn't eligible and the rep stopped by and we weren't home. I was home the entire time and cameras show that nobody stopped by. When I informed the customer service of this they said they would check with the rep and get back to me within the hour. Still haven't heard anything back. If a company is this disorganized and lack follow through during the sale process then I hate to see how they handle their actual customers.

The workers arrived bright and early and started right to work and did not stop until the job was finished. There was someone busy cleaning up the whole time. They were courteous, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the job before they left. Erie Home is a great company. The appointment set with the salesperson was kept exactly on time. This intial contact was extremely informational. The salesperson was knowledgeable and answered any questions we asked of him. We were shown the many different options in various ways which was extremely helpful in making a decision. What we saw and liked in the presentation of media and actual product did not disappoint us when our roof was installed. We had a good conversation on quality and value of product.The office was a pleasure to work with as well. Everything was done in a timely and friendly manner.The product was delivered the day before installation as promised safely in our driveway. Erie can do the work soon after ordering. I chose to wait a couple of weeks due to my schedule. They however could of done the installation that week.The crew who installed the roof came early worked quickly, safely and the roof looks great. The clean up went well, as far as, I can tell. So far, I do not see any materials, trash screws or nails left in the yard. This crew was very professional.The install was yesterday so It might take a short time for the shingles to settle and know that there are no leaks. I however, am not expecting that to be the case. Erie ensures they will take care of it if that should happen. This company is worth taking the time to give them a call. They offer a good value warrantied product.Service: Roof installation

I called Erie Roofing because I was interested in metal roofing. After speaking with their sales agents, being 84 yrs old, I decided it was more than I wanted to spend at this time in my life for a roof. They provided me with great options for roofing & financing. Enjoyed talking with all the sales people with Erie. They have the nicest sales agents I have ever dealt with, always a pleasure to speak with any of them. My new roof was installed in one day, crews arrived around 7:30 AM an worked until around 9 PM. finishing the job an clean up in one day. Great Job, great installation contractor & crew. The new roof looks great & I am certain it will last a very long time. I would recommend Erie to anyone looking for a good experience from sales to finish of any construction project. Salesman was very knowledgeable in his field, but didnt handle no!!very well. Said he had wasted his time. And i was very surprised that my 1050 sq ft home with a 2 sided straight roof was quoted at 10-16 thousand dollars!??. I really felt like it was a waste of my time.

Don’t get fooled by Erie homes roofingAll Lies, the quality of the materials are not good not the same like in the pictures. sales guy is unprofessional, looked at my house, i have large home and he told me without doing anything it will cost mr more than $75k, with that quality of materials i won’t pay $10k. Erie construction was very professional from the beginning, our salesman Graham Stoltz was great. The staff in the Dallas office was available when needed. The install manager Jimmy was available to answer questions.The install crew finished the job in 2 days and cleaned up on day 3 did a great job installing our new Erie metal roof.
