Lift performed a repair job under a warranty claim and did outstanding work. I appreciated their timely and responsive communication. Every aspect of the job was handled with great care and professionalism. Lift did the work on behalf of another firm but based on this experience I will be calling them for all of my future roofing needs because it’s hard to find quality contractors like them.

I don't frequently post reviews but wanted to do it this time to really praise Lift Construction for the very high quality of their work when they replaced the roof, gutters, stained the fence, updated the window screens. Employees are very professional, they communicate very well during the whole process, they answer questions very quickly, they always try to accommodate any request. I always felt they were all dedicated to my project only. To name some of them: Nathan, Jordan, Cameron and their crew. They kept their word to everything that was agreed prior to signing the contract: they upgraded the quality of the shingles, they upgraded from turbines to solar vent, they communicated directly with the insurance company, and they thoroughly checked that all the damage caused by the hail was properly reported.I will for sure work with them again in the future

We were very fortunate to discover Lift Construction and Sean McGuire as they were performing other work for our neighbors at the Point in Highland Village. After reading their reviews on the company web site, we requested a visit and estimate for a leaking sky light. Sean responded quickly to our request and with his high tech 4K camera drone and visual inspection, provided us with an on site price and contract. Sky light replacement was done quickly by Sean’s team and the leak problem was solved. In addition, a couple of other small issues (facia leak and squirrel damaged vent pipe covers) were discovered and replaced at no additional charge. Sean’s team also repaired the internal dry wall damage from the leaks. Excellent professional service by both Sean and his experienced team! I highly recommend Lift Construction and Sean McQuire!

Lift Construction was fantastic to work with. Their attention to detail was amazing. They walked me through the entire process and kept me up to date the entire time. Sean pointed out the issues that I had with my last install, showed me the materials they were using compared to what I had, took care of the insurance form start to finish, and was even able to get me more money from Insurance to fix some smaller items I did not think we could get covered (stained fence, pergola, and new paint inside). Lift Construction removed our old fence and installed a new 8’ cedar fence. The quality of the fence is excellent and the metal posts go down much farther than my previous fence so, it won’t lean later. They also boxed the metal posts, and it looks so nice. They used an oil based stain which is better for the wood. The fence changed the appearance of our house and makes it look much nicer. I’m already enjoying my backyard more too. I highly recommend Lift Construction, and Sean is very helpful!

The crew arrived on time and began work right away. Materials were delivered the day before, and were high quality for a great value. No plastic parts! The crew worked for nearly 12 hours straight, and finished our roof in one day! The roof and fittings look great, and the crew even replaced shingles on the tiny gables of our home. I had several leaks on my roof. Received a quote and moved forward with a repair. Took four days to complete it. First day showed up in the late afternoon and worked until dark. Showed up very late afternoon on the second day without the roofing crew and couldn’t finish which I already knew was going to happen. Third day they were supposed to be there in the afternoon. At 7 pm I sent a text asking where they were. Was told they were on the way. No way were they going to get there before dark so now it goes into the fourth day when it was finally finished. At least I thought it was - roof continues to leak and I’m told “I don’t know what to tell you” and getting asked “do you want me to do a leak check?”. Then I’m told that they “bent over backwards” for me which is total BS! Roof continues to leak and when I said I’d have to find someone more competent, I was told “best of luck”.Completely incompetent company! Incompetent whatever his title is - name is Sean McGuire. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They don’t even deserve one star. They also do not back their work. Completely worthless!Service: Roof repair
