We selected Moore Construction Co to replace our patio/arbor that was damaged in the May hail storms. We had a difficult time explaining to insurance that the patio/arbor could not be repaired. No one installs custom powder coated aluminum patio covers any more (20yr old install). We received three competitive bids for a cedar replacement of the patio/arbor. Miguel, construction manager, from Moore was the most helpful and worked directly with our insurance adjuster to explain why a repair could not be done. He provided them itemized lists and details of the replacement. He successfully heled us get coverage for a full replacement of a like structure.Miguel was able to immediately schedule the work and he personally was on site a significant part of the time. We of course added extras and he was able to bring the expertise to accomplish the extra work. I am very happy with the new patio/arbor structure and I am happy to recommend Moore Construction Co for your needs, ask for Miguel!

These guys did top-notch work on my house. The job turned out to be bigger in a few areas, and the weather made it very tough on them. However, the finished product is awesome! Each area where they worked on my house turned out super nice, and we couldn't be happier. The salesman was great and the working crew at our house was absolutely superb. We just finished a complete exterior refresh/remodel of our home and after an extensive search selected Moore Construction to do the bulk of the work. We had the soffits, fascia, siding and shutters replaced; the entryway paneled; the front stairs and stoop tiled; the entire house painted; and all exterior lighting replaced (soffits lights front/back and floods). We worked with Miguel Herrera on this project and he was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond in ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted and that we were 100% happy with the final result. The team was punctual, arriving every day right at 8am, and clearly cared about the quality of their work; which is hard to find these days. Their Owner, Crew Members and office staff discriminate jobs ranging from $500 to $1,000. They do not stand behind their mission statements and have no company values. Appointments are not kept or honored.These guys are a joke. They do not honor appointments and make you waste your time as if their time is more valuable than ours (customers). Don’t call yourself professionals if you cannot show professionalism in keeping an appointment. Accreditation with the Better Business Bureau means nothing. Any company can join by paying a membership fee. Is the values of the people who make a company and the professional and well done job they do what’s stands out. Your company has none.

Van Slaton was the project manager on my project which was to make repairs to and replace vinyl siding on my house that had been damaged during a large hailstorm earlier this year. My experience with Van Slaton and Moore Construction was extremely positive. After calling to request a quote, Van scheduled an appointment within 24 hours to survey the work required. He provided a quote a few days later. Once the quote was approved, my work was scheduled. The project was completed yesterday. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. The team who completed the work were professional and they cleaned up the work area afterwards. I am impressed with the resulting repairs and Van's color-matching skills in finding a vinyl siding that would blend with the existing siding. I would not hesitate to recommend Moore Construction and I will definitely call them again should I need any construction or roofing services for my home.

Scheduled a meeting and these people never showed although I confirmed with their assistant so I drove 40 minutes wasting time and gas. I do no recommend this company. If this is how they handle the initial appointment I can only imagine the work ethic.

In 2019 I used Moore to remove the 30 year old cheap, builder grade wood siding around my patio and replace it with Hardiboard and paint the entire non-brick areas of my house. The work took their team 2 full days. But the results were excellent. Even now the finished work looks like new. They caulked ALL gaps in the trim and siding, and simply did an excellent job. I can unhesitatingly recommend Moore Construction to all my friends!

I have used Moore construction twice now for my roof, siding, and fence needs. They do amazing quality work and are very professional. Miguel is amazing and took the time to come out to my house on a sunday morning to do the walkthrough with my insurance adjuster for the damage from a hail storm. Do not use this company. They do not stand behind what their employees tell people. When my fence was installed last year I told my project manager James (who is no longer with the company) that there were some damaged pieces of wood that needed to be replaced. He told me to wait until my 1 year warranty period was up and then they would come out and make all the replacements/repairs at once. Fast forward to 1 year later when I contact the company to make the repairs. After being strung along for a month via text message by my new PM Johnathan, with several reschedules and no shows, he finally came out and said the work was “too extensive” and unless I had it in writing from James, there was nothing he would do. A $10k fence and they can’t replace 4-5 boards!??Just use someone else for your fencing needs.UPDATE: After only 2 years, part of our fence blew down, now I’m paying (someone else) another $700 to fix it.

After spending a year receiving over-inflated bids and dealing with contractors who never returned my calls, or just never showed up, I finally found Moore Construction to replace the siding on my 40 year old house. Mike Bow was professional from the start and he continued to respond quickly and answer all my questions honestly throughout the project. I was able to also add new gutters and insulation thanks to Mike keeping things within our budget. The crew was fantastic and I am beyond pleased with the outcome. He did a thorough walk through with us on what we wanted done -- replacing 30 year old wood siding panels and trim with Hardie board, tearing down our old pergola and building a new one. Went by the ratings here and gave them a try few months back! Once the concrete was poured they never bothered to come back to take the frame out in spite of multiple reminders. I was prepping my yard and found a very poor quality around the edges. This is after increasing the cost of work from $1100 to $2000 for a 50 Sft error in the quote by them which was on the contract. Agree that I added about a 15 ft drain and 30 ft of 2row of brick(which I owned).Pictures portray the quality!

I used Moore Construction to build a new patio for my home and I couldn't be more pleased. In searching for a contractor, I called Moore Construction and received a call back just an hour later from Miguel Herrera. Miguel came out on a Saturday (having worked with many contractors in the past I was just glad he showed up--that he actually came out when it was convenient for me is unheard of), took measurements and gave me what I felt was a competitive bid later that day. I signed the agreement to move forward, and Miguel served as the project manager throughout the project. Not only did he ensure a flawless job, he was great about communicating with me. From the time I signed the agreement to the time the patio was finished was less than 3 weeks. Amazing! Will definitely contact Miguel at Moore for future projects.

I took it upon myself, with the help of a friend, to install a pergola. While the pergola looked good, the finished product was not stable. I contacted Moore Construction and a very nice project manager arrived at my home to look at what was needed. He explained exactly what was going on and how to make the pergola stable. He sent over an estimate, the job was scheduled and completed a short time later. The work is great and the pergola stands steady. Used them for siding repair.The positives: unlike many other companies they give all details of the work they will do and materials they are going to use with the reasonable rates. The quality of the job was good.The negatives: they charge you no less than $50 for anything they will do event if it just one minute job. In my case they charge me such amount to install one shingle on the roof(material was mine), and wanted this amount to unscrew and screw 3 screws. Got to control their job in order do not have wholes to the artic. Also they left paint spots on my patio floor- could be more accurate.Overall I would recommend to call them for an estimate. May be they will be the best you can find.

Every interaction with the Moore team was professional, enlightening, and informative. Mike was main point of contact from the estimation phase and he was very courteous with his time answering any questions we had. Our first major home improvement project included new Hardie board siding, soffit & fascia replacement, gutter installation and exterior painting. They were able to get us scheduled about a week after the contract was signed, and all work was completed in a quick 2 week window, so we were happy about that. The crews that came to the house did a phenomenal job. They were respectful of our property, they didn't trample flowers, they picked up nails, and locked gates up at the end of the day. Each day they kept me updated with progress, and Mike/James were coming by to do check-in's on the job. The high quality of their work will be a staple of our house for years to come!

Earlier this year a hail storm did a lot of damage to the house - roof, siding, fence, shed and patio cover. Moore construction gave us a fair deal on repairing it. They recommended an impact resistant shingle for the roof and it looks great. Repaired the chimney cap, the attic fan, and installed a ridge vent, replacing the turbines that were there. Looks much better now.Since the house was built in 2001, the colors and styles of vinyl siding has changed, but they managed to find one that looks identical to the original. Can't tell the difference.The only complaint i have about them is the guys that came out to stain the fence and patio enclosure. It took a while for them to get to us, and they missed part of the patio roof, which I ended up doing myself.Overall, the job they did was great - just took a long time for it to be finished.

Other than the fence, although really nice, they have refused to come pick up the debris. I have called 3 times to the sales rep, well actually two times to the sales rep; one-time to the company; had to leave a message... during business hours and no one has yet to call me back. In my neighborhood, city compliance workers will cite and fine you for leaving debris on the sidewalk and I am not going to be responsible when it was clearly stated that they would take away the debris. This is the only complaint I would say I had about Moore Construction.Ohhhh, other than a misquote for a concrete, patio, stamp project that I wanted done. They changed the price or increased the price by $1,300 when I got a different quote due to some minimum requirement that wasn't told to me beforehand. Do not believe I will be working with this company again. They did call to collect their money though.09/13/2017I have decided to upgrade my review of Moore Construction. James, Joe (the owner, I do believe), & the awesome sales rep (if I can call him that), Chris.....have caused me to change my viewpoint.The debris has since been removed and they are completing the patio at the originally quoted price. I am ecstatic!! Thanks so much, Chris, for advocating for my family and I.MUCH APPRECIATION!!

Last week, Kathy from Moore construction and a crew, came out and repaired some siding on my house. It was done in a timely manner, and the work was done right at a fair price. I commend Moore construction for their caliber of work, and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality work at a fair price. I plan on using them again in the future.
