Mullins are phenomenal. From the first inspection to seeing the guys replace my roof in 2-days, all before we closed the sale of the house. Handheld through the process, trustworthy and thorough. They came back of their own accord to improve a few things the senior inspector of their spotted after the fact. It wasn't even discussed, they just said we're on it and took care of it. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

I was more than pleased with the work Mullins GC did on my hail damage claim. They worked with the insurance company to get the proper settlement. The roof installation was great and included many extras that don’t show like extra waterproofing / tar paper were necessary and 8 nails per shingle instead of the usual 6 nails on the two vertical mansards on the sides of my second story. After the recent hail storm, Derrick Buford and his team did a wonderful job dealing with my insurance, for not only my roof but other property damage as well. Anthony Small was the Specialist assigned to be my contact. He was very professional and always kept me informed of the progress, with both phone calls and texts. He was very prompt in answering any messages I sent. The roof was installed in a single day and the area was cleaned up afterward very nicely. It was very windy that day, and Anthony even made sure to pick up smaller pieces of felt that would fly into my neighbor’s yard during the removal of the old roof. I am very pleased, not only with the roof, but with the conscientious assistance in handling my claim by both Anthony and Derrick. Mullins GC put on a new roof, skylight and restored and stained my fence after the Feb 2022 hailstorm. They took care of everything along the way and even came out an extra time to clean nails from the roof removal. After the replacement was complete, the insurance company sent out an inspector that found no faults and excellent work by Mullins.

Many thanks to Mullins General Construction for my new roof!Derrick was a pleasure to work with and managed the overall project seamlessly. He was informative, dealt with the insurance company and highly responsive to any / all questions I posed to him. Derrick took the time to explain the process, timeline, key contacts, etc. I even received a thank you letter from the CEO of Mullins.My neighbor had a different company put his roof on his house. It took 2 days to complete and on the third day, they returned only to removed a 4x8 section of roof to repair the new installation. You could see into this attic!My Mullins roof was completed in 1 day ... despite the heat! Dillon and Dennis were on site throughout the day managing the crew, etc. Other roofs I have had installed on my home and other properties left me with about 10-14 days of finding nails (typically about 80-100) around the house and typically at least one or two flat tires. Over the past 2 weeks following the Mulliins install, I have found a total of 2 nails that were hidden in tall grass and no flats!I cant say enough about Mullins General Construction's quality of work and professionalism. It is evidenced by its people who are very well trained, knowledgeable, friendly and obviously dedicated to getting the job done right the first time.Thank you MGC, Derrick, Dillon, Dennis and crew for an excellent job!

A million roofers came to our door over the past few months, but Mullins felt different. Derrick had a sincerity that really made me trust him. I really liked the fact that these guys are GC's, nit just roofers. Working with Derrick and Billy was a breeze. They made the process seemless and hassle-free. I received gentle reminders when necessary because let's face it, we're busy, but folks need to get paid on time.Dylan was our project manager and he kept us apprised of the timeline and process continually. His team was amazing. My roof was completely transformed in 8 hours and when they left, there was no trace they were even here. Over the last month since they've been here, we have only found 2 roofing nails. Tracy Huggins and the crew at Mullins did an amazing job helping us with our hail claim for our roof. Tracy was here personally any time someone was out to look at the house or do work. We are a little over an hour away from their office but that did not deter them one bit. They guided us through every step of the insurance claim process, handled the supplements that were needed, and made sure that their work was done on time and thoroughly. They even discussed options for installing gutters around the house and upgraded shingles if we wanted. Even though they would have made more off of the job by upgrading the shingles they explained to us the benefit of both sides of the coin and expressed to us that it would actually be better to stay with what we had. Mullins replaced our roof and did a great job! They communicated at each stage of the process, showed up on time, and completed work within the time specified. Mullins made sure to take extra care in making sure surfaces were covered so we didn’t get any debris in our pool as well. We have had a couple follow-up items that Chance and his team quickly addressed. Highly recommend Mullins Construction!Not convinced yet? Mullins also has satisfaction guaranteed with at least 20 insurance companies. What does that mean to you? It means that they will do it right or if something happens later they will make it right..
