I called Steven as I had some rotten wood on chimney and back of house...he actually came out that day reviewed it and gave me a bid quickly.......we agreed to the work and it was completed within 2 days. Steven went out of way to make sure I was satisfied.......they did quite a lot of work for me.......I am happy to write a review for great work. I will be calling Steven again for fence, gutters, roof, siding......anything exterior on my house. (and please excuse me if he spells his name Stephen instead of Steven). Great guy, good work, does what he says.

Wonderfully easy to work with and their work is top notch! Pioneer Exteriors is a well known and highly regarded vendor among my network of single family property owners. My first experience with Pioneer was excellent. They were extremely responsive, they proactively sent me pictures of when they'd arrive at a property and when they left, they took care of all the various repairs for a very reasonable price, they didn't try to oversell me on things, and they were always pleasant to speak with. The pic attached to this review shows a portion of the roof on my rental home that was damaged by an overgrown tree/bush and I can hardly tell where the undamaged portion of the roof stops and the new shingles were installed. Even some of the decking had to be replaced but the result appears seamless and leaves me a very happy customer.
