Results Roofing is simply amazing. Great leadership, in Greg Ivy. He met with me, listened to me and then walked with me through every step of the roof replacement. Next I got to meet the roofing crew that does the work. The crew was very focused, timely and thoughtful, I could tell they enjoyed the work and each other's company. They got the roof completely done in one day and cleaned up the site like it was their own home. And running it all was the crew chief Alex. He was professional and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and pointing out what his crew was doing, and not doing. Basically making things right that previous roofer had overlooked, a real team leader, showing me excellent customer service and leading his team by example. Results Roofing even went the extra mile, and educated me about how much venting I needed on my roof. There is a real science to getting the proper air flow through your attic. Results Roofing took the time to listen and teach, showing me that they cared about my family and my home. Results Roofing was recommended by our realtor as we were preparing to sell our Mom's house. We had a tight schedule requiring a full roof replacement before finalizing the sale. We were dealing with an insurance claim for hail damage. Matthew was very helpful as we navigated the claim process with the insurance company. The insurance claim was approved and the roof was replaced in time to close with the new owners. We appreciate their help. The new owners have a very nice roof on their new to them home.

Justin Anders with Results Roofing was extremely helpful and more than willing to answer all my questions and address my concerns. After being denied on a previous roof claim, we were skeptical this round would yield "results." When Zach Lytle called on us, we shared our experience with him, and he was confident we had a claim. His V.P., Chase Montgomery, attended the adjuster appointment, and they identified exterior and interior damage we'd never even noticed. Zach worked with our insurance company and our claim was approved without reservation. Our roof is extraordinarily steep, but Eduardo's expert crew made short work of tear off and installation (1 day!). They repaired two broken rafters and replaced deteriorated decking. Moreover, they took great care to prep, protect, and clean up before and after the job. Zach was in constant contact throughout the entire process, and is as personable as can be. Not only do *we* have a gorgeous new roof & gutters, but multiple neighbors have used them, which has elevated the neighborhood aesthetic. Doing business with Results was an absolute pleasure - highly recommended!

It's been raining all day and my son noticed there was a wet spot in the corner of his bedroom ceiling. I called Chase Montgomery with Results Roofing and he dropped everything he was doing and came over to our house to come check it out. It is still raining and he came out and tarped the entire area to ensure it doesn't get worse. He has already scheduled his team to come out and fix whatever leak there is on Monday. What incredible service!! Oftentimes I feel like any service oriented business is lacking in good customer service, however, I hands down feel like Results Roofing is absolutely knocking it out of the park. Living in Dallas has its adventures. One of them is hail damage and that means you have stepped on the fire ant mound of roofers! So many promises from every company for miles. Two big things stood out for me when we choose Results Roofing for my roof. One, big crew and it was done in one day! seriously! The work was top notch. Secondly, they did it for a fair price that didn't leave me feeling that I had almost been scalped. They are certainly worth recommending and I do.

Just finished my roof replacement with Results after the soft-ball sized hailstorm last year. Definitely recommend them. I actually texted them while the storm was going on and Chase Montgomery came out the next day and has been involved every step of the way since then. They made sure that everything needing to be done was done and got the insurance to cover all the stuff that was missed on the initial assessment. Chase checked in regularly and validated that the work was done satisfactory and the few times it wasn't made sure that it was corrected. Overall, very happy with how it went.

This company is THE best. If you are researching local roofing companies hands down go with them. The reason why I so adamantly believe they are a great choice is because number one they do quality work with quality materials but not only that they are so easy to work with and go above and beyond for their clients. We worked with Quinton and he patiently took the time to explain every process answer every question no matter how big or small. He was also always available to discuss at any time and went above and beyond to make sure the roof repair did not hinder my commercial shop’s business during the day. Landon Carpenter with results roofing was great! I had my roof inspected and I was pleased to hear about my roof. Luckily the roof had no major damages and Landon along with his colleague were very quick with this inspection.
