We were hit by the May 2023 hail storm and had damage to our roof, gutters, a very large fence, a pergola cover, and pool equipment. I ended up working with Greg Anderson and RX Roof and it was the best decision I could have made. Greg promised he would manage the painful insurance process for me and he did just that, making my life much easier. Greg helped us get our maximum reimbursement from the insurance even on the items that RX was not going to work on. RX did the roof and gutter replacement and they did a really great job. Communication was very quick and responsive. Greg and TJ came out to make sure everything was completed as expected and that we were happy with the results. The RX Roof team are a great group to work with and they add a personal touch to customer service. Greg and I both do CrossFit and he came out to my gym one day to join me in a workout. That's what I call great customer service.

If you are considering applying to this company, I want to inform you that they do not value your time in the interviewing process. I have been rescheduled 3 times, which is ok. However, today they attempted to reschedule my interview 40 minutes before it started. I had to request off from my current job to attend this. I don’t appreciate how they are inconsiderate of peoples time. Hopefully they will realign their culture and values so this doesn’t happen to other people.

After hail damage to our roof, Dustin did a thorough inspection and handled our insurance claim for us. He made the process as quick and efficient as possible in 2021. We had recently done landscaping around our house, and the crew was careful to protect all of our new plants and did a great cleanup job afterward. Dustin and the RX Roof team did an amazing job for us after a recent hail storm hit two homes we own. Always available for any questions, they facilitated the claims process and knew the ropes with our HOA so everything went very smooth. They were very professional, took care of our rental home right away, and then had the large roof on our home done in no time. Quality of their work was impressive, and they even helped us dramatically improve the ventilation on both homes for a cooler attic (and reduced A/C load!) Ashco and our sale person Dustin made the process so so easy. They even work with the insurance company so I did not have to. The insurance company tried to get out of paying for some things and Dustin showed my wife and I that it was city code and they took care of it. We check around and their price was about the best. They also came highly recommended by a few of my neighbors. What more can I say, they made the whole process from start to finish a breeze. Their customer service was so helpful. They put us in their schedule when we wanted it done. We had family coming and did not want the mess around, so that was a big deal for us. One other company we talked to told us that they will schedule us at their convenience which is such a hassle. We certainly did not experience it with Ashco. Aside from the roofing that we need they also help us out with some minor repairs at our ceiling also at our time convenience. They did a fine job at it. So really a good company. Dustin's staff on site were also great. I thought when they were done I would have to clean up the mess, and boy was I wrong. They start at 8:00 am and they were done by 5:00pm and they left the place spotless. Everything they said they would do they did and it could not had been any better! I would recommend them. They are truly a 5 star company! Thank you to Dustin and Ashco! Great Job Guys!

My roof was damaged from hail and Charles from Ashco came by looking for new clients. I was hesitant at first, but after talking with several other roofers, I felt that Ashco was the most honest and would meet my high standards of quality. Ashco was relatively easy to work with. We ran into a few hiccups, but those are hard to predict when it comes to making sure the work is approved by city inspectors who are not part of the project scoping.They were willing to work with me and my insurance company directly in helping to submit the claim, follow up, manage the work, and coordinate picking up payment on my schedule.Dustin did an excellent job and was very good at walking through the process.The only negative thing I can say is when there was some follow up work to be performed we were not provided prior notice as to when the work crew would arrive and therefore were somewhat lucky to be home when they did because there was some interior work to be completed.

Evan Cardosa with RX Roof did my roof inspection and was very thorough. I’ve been in construction for many years rebuilding burned houses and have always expected and demanded quality work from all of my subcontractors. I knew my 30 year roof was in bad condition, but I also knew that it was 17 years old. I thought that I would be paying well over half for a new roof when you factor in the depreciation.Evan spent as much time as I had questions for him to explain his findings. He was very aware of my insurance company’s policies and procedures which was very helpful as we went through the process. He and I contacted my insurance agent together and subsequently he helped me file my insurance claim. Evan’s work was so complete that everything went through without any problems.The job was scheduled and was started on time and was finished in one day with no issues. The crew did a great job and was very professional. When they were finished they cleaned up all around my house and you couldn’t tell that they were even there.
