We desperately needed a new roof and I just happened to know a great roofer. Full disclosure: Sam is an old friend, so I knew I could trust him to get the job done the right way. His roofing team took great care when they re-roofed our home and it really looks picture perfect. It’s never fun dealing with insurance, but Sam’s team helped us navigate the claims process and made everything as easy as it could possibly be. Sam was professional and easy to work with. He was at the house when the insurance agent came out to inspect the roof and made the whole process very easy. He listened to the type of shingle and venting that I wanted to put on the house. He and his team completed the job in a timely manner and provided great quality work. Sam was easy to work with and he was able to do all the work he promised and then some. Every time I need roof work done I’m calling him from now on. I highly recommend Skye roofing. Four yrs ago I had a big company from Plano replace my roof and they only did the minimum for max payment. When I needed them to come back for a leak they denied responsibility. He inspected the roof and even had one of his contacts inspect the decking from within the attic to ensure it was properly supported when we asked. Sam is extremely genuine and truly went above and beyond to help me after a very destructive hail storm. He made sure the damaged area was patched prior to replacement to avoid further damage. He helped with the insurance company bureaucracy.. He replaced my whole roof with better quality shingles/parts and much better craftsmanship. He and his team surprised me by replacing rotted window trim, painting areas that weren’t included and getting the fence stained versus painted. Sam was referred to me by a trusted friend and now I refer Sam to any and all who want to work with someone who cares about his business and customers, who is genuine and trustworthy. He guaranteed us the roof would be completely replaced and all areas cleaned up within a few days and it was actually completed sooner than expected.His roofers were very responsive, respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion of the job.Sam also made sure everything ran smoothly and would check in with us each day to ensure the job was being done to our satisfaction.
