In my opinion, run far and fast from this guy. If you are considering using him, make sure you get anything he promises to do in writing with painstaking detail, don’t assume anything (if he says he will install a kitchen sink and fixtures on a new counter, make sure it says “new kitchen sink and new fixtures”, not put the old one back in and charge 400 dollars for reinstalling the old one. Do everything over text and emails so you have documentation of any conversations and keep a detailed paper trail. I can provide pictures of his handy work to anyone considering him. They seem nice based on the one conversation I've had with them but I've sent them a message through their website and as their website indicates, I've called them twice when I didn't hear back. To date, I've reached one person who said they'd call back and when I didn't hear back when they said, I tried a second call. There I got a voice mail that's company name didn't sound like Reinhardt. It was a construction company but I couldn't be certain it was their company. I'll try again but this hasn't been the best start. I don't know if they're busy or just not terribly organized. They do have a nice website.Follow up. About 10 minutes after posting this, received call to make an appointment to see what they could do and confirm the address. About 30 minutes later received a second call saying they saw the above review and decided that our working together wasn't going to be a good fit. Not sure if they felt the review would give them unwanted attention or they saw the house and didn't want to take on the project but we will be moving on to someone less local. No hard feelings, just disappointed that we couldn't support a local business. May try their butcher business instead.

I’m not sure how busy these guys are but if they are good for them. All I can say is you can let a potential know that by return ONE phone call or an email. Nothing more annoying when you are trying to give your hard earned money to your company and you can not return one of three phone calls or one of the 4 emails I sent you. I try to do busy locally but hard you your local company will doesn’t care.
