Three days ago I needed emergency window repair, I researched several companies to service my needs either they were booked up or very pricey for the emergency request, However, I was referred from a friend to give Cartrr general contracting, and window repair a call. (Heads up-long review)We replaced all the glass in the front of our home. We started out in the right direction, he came out to our home quickly and on time. He felt he was giving us a good price so he wanted "cash only". At that point, I should have moved on and listened to my gut but I didn't. He kept in contact for the installation date, then it seemed to go downhill after that. He made me feel like he was out for a quick buck, not a business owner with pride in workmanship. He was always on the phone when I tried to speak with him, and was rushed.We had our glass replaced in June of 2022, he told me at that time, there was an area that had given him some trouble if we had any issues to let him know. I reached back out to him a couple of weeks later to follow up, letting him know - yes, we have broken glass and it would need replacing. We spoke a couple of times and scheduled a day for him to come out. He never showed up or called. I reached out to him, he said he was having car trouble and I waited. After that he never responded to my calls or texts again.There is absolutely no reason a business owner should ghost a customer that did nothing to deserve that type of action. I did not become angry, obnoxious, or rude. I was direct, as I had issues with broken glass left in our flower bed, their trash left in the front yard. A sloppy caulking job but I never disrespected him in anyway. We still have a broken glass that needs to be replaced, this is Mid August 2022 and I still have not heard back from him..Service: Glass installation

During the install, A pane in a Pella double pane window, with a half moon, top broke. Pella via Lowes told us they do not offer repair parts. After a search, I found Carter Service. He repaired the half moon in two days. Later he replaced or repaired two other windows. And finally, after some hail damage to a pair of windows, Mr. Carter took just four days to go from measuring to installing two windows and screens. We felt the service and products came at a very fair price. All these jobs where done in the past year.

Highly recommend Mr. Carter for window repair services. I called Monday afternoon for an estimate. He was able to show up the following Tuesday morning on time to assess damage and provide a quote. Based on damage he said he'd be able to have window replaced by that Thursday. His repair quote included all labor and taxes. No hidden fees. He showed up Thursday and the repair was done in 20 min or so. Now the window is good as new.Service: Window repair
