Oscar and MD Roofing replaced my roof and gutters in 2021, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with someone working on my home. Oscar was honest, forthcoming, and made good on everything we did scudded and needed. He did extra work on my patio cover at a very reasonable price, solving some other issues that were at that home. We sold that house the following year and the value of the house was significantly improved following the new roof from MD Roofing. I have had a number of roofers arrive at our new home following a hailstorm, and a number of houses in our new neighborhood got new roofs. I turned them all away. I have no interest in working with another roofer after working with Oscar and MD Roofing. I was very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody needing a new roof.

I had MD Rooffing,LLC, PUT A COMPLETE ROOF ON MY HOME IN ONE DAY! WHICH WAS HAVING THEM GOING RIGHT TO THE RAFTERS. THE MEN WERE PLEASANT, NEAT, AND FAST! Had MD come out to my house and replace my roof. They contacted the insurance company for me and came out with the appraiser. Thanks to Keke I didn’t have to do any work or talking with them. He was very responsive and always made himself available. Outside of what was the insurance job they quoted me a VERY reasonable price to replace old and rotted siding and repainted my house. After a recent hail storm we used MD Roofing for our roof repair. They also replaced our gutters and fixed and stained our fence.We had Ladarius as our point of contact and he did an excellent job keeping us informed and communicating with us throughout the whole process. MD Roofing was able to install a class 3 shingle at no additional cost to us that will help reduce our insurance payments in the future. They did the work quickly. It was extremely hot on the day they started, so they weren’t able to finish in just one day, but that was understandable.They came out a few days later to fix and stain our fence and another day that week to do all of the gutters. Again Ladarius did a great job communicating with us throughout the whole process.Since it was a very bad hail storm, all of our neighbors had to get the same work done as well. A lot of them said they found hundreds of nails and screws in their yard and we found less than 10. MD Roofing did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and keeping the area tidy when they left.We had a few hiccups along the way, as I’m sure any project of this magnitude does, but Ladarius worked with us to make sure all of our concerns were addressed.
