Great amazing company! Definitely recommend. We had water damage in our master restroom. The damage touched areas that are adjacent to the entire house. I was freaking out because I’ve never really dealt with something like this before. I reached out to a few restoration companies. Pinnacle was my choice for a variety of reasons. They walked me through everything. and explained everything that will happen because of the extension of the damage. Mentioned they also had a construction company and in no way was I required to go with them if I used them for restoration. I asked for a couple of reference of jobs they had completed and I liked what I saw. But what shocked me was their professionalism in this entire process. Punctual, communicative, informative and extremely patient with us. I know how difficult I can be but they were just amazing throughout it all. They are still working on our home right now but their progress is just amazing! He put my family and I at ease with his professionalism and knowledge on something my husband and I knew very little about. I never felt like this company was trying to take advantage of our insurance money which was my biggest fear.His team made full repairs with a remodel leaving my home feeling upgraded and more beautiful than it was before. I started a remodel with a different company in August until they found mold and said they couldn’t continue until it was remedied. I did a shot in the dark and reached out to Pinnacle and before I knew it they were there, fixing my problem, and I liked their workmanship so much I ended up asking them to do the majority of the work I had originally gotten the different company to do. If there was an issue, they were there to resolve quick. MJ in particular worked with me and my insurance and I was able to get a beautiful new kitchen in better prices and better quality. Thank you all for making the most stressful I’ve ever been into something I could mentally and physically manage. You guys are amazing!

Unbeknownst to us, we had an issue with one of our bathrooms and woke up to water damage. After a plumber came out to inspect, we were provided this company's information to call to pull up the water. They were prompt, and very professional. By doing so, we avoided mold! We decided to use Feras and team to restore our bathroom and closets. They would promptly answer all questions, provided recommendations, and helped us obtain information for our homeowners insurance to speed up the process. The quality of the work and replacement items for our final work were far better than any other contractors I’ve used in the past for other homes.I would highly recommend using this company especially if you have a claim adjustor who may be slacking on their end 😀. Everyone on Feras's team is polite, communicated effectively and very professional! We had a great experience with the Pinnacle Restoration Group! We had a water leak under our kitchen that caused the floors to buckle. We reached out and they were able to help from start to finish. We had to get all of our hardwood floors replaced, and ended up doing even more work downstairs. There are so many people to thank on the team, but a big shout out to MJ for helping lead everything. The experience I had with Pinnacle Restoration was excellent since day one. My house flooded and it was fully damage, but fortunately I found this company which has been the best thing that happened during those tough times. MJ and his team are very professional and very knowledgeable in every aspect. They walk me through the whole process and explain me everything that was going on and they kept me updated on everything that was happening. The customer service and the way they treated me was outstanding, very friendly and honest. I can say that MJ takes your case very serious and he is going to do whatever it takes to satisfy you and give you top notch work. During the time I had them working on my house I felt safe and calm knowing that they were doing a great job. Now I'm back at the house, and is a piece of fine craftsmanship, just wow!
