Fred and the team were extremely helpful and thorough. Fred and Martinez together have over 60 combined years of experience. Richard & Landon were also there to help speed up the process of the initial mitigation to make sure it was done in time for me to pickup my kids from school. Johnny was also very helpful in setting everything up for the visit when I spoke to him over the phone and made sure his team was well prepared and professional. I will try to update this once everything is complete with pictures and how things went with insurance between to the two companies.

Jessica and Summer did an outstanding job with our pack- in. They were helpful with helping me remember where things were by showing me pictures of how things were arranged before the pack-out. They both have a great personality. I would definitely recommend them for your pack-in needs.

I used Stanley after I had a fire in my house. After Stanley returned my items that their contents team packed, all of my jewelry was missing along with several other household items.I contacted Stanley four days after I moved in to let them know about the missing items. The contact said he was out of the office and would return my call the next day, no response. I tried again 15 times over nine months. I finally received a response after ten months of reaching out. They said I signed their contract and that they are not responsible even though their policy states "Should we encounter an item accidentally left behind; it will be documented, photographed, then returned to the homeowner/insured with a receipt". That did not happen. They did respond "we are going to provide a $250.00 check in good faith towards these items". That amount would cover two of the bracelets lost, not the remaining 25 years of missing jewelry.The emails that I received were from the contents manager with the two owners copied on each email. The owners know what occurred and apparently condone this kind of work.I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone if you expect any kind of customer service or response.

We were reccomended to Stanley renovations to help with the clean up of a hot water leak under our stairs. Richard was very knowledgeable and did a great job walking us through the process and even came when our insurance adjuster visited to make sure she sees everything he saw with our damage from the water in our house. I would recommend Stanley if anyone is needing restoration service.

Tristan West and Martinez did a great job cleaning out all our vents and upholstery. I like that they explained beforehand what they were going to be cleaning. Maggie and her crew also did an outstanding job content cleaning everything. As they cleaned they put everything back neatly. My house smells much better. I appreciate all the hard work these two crews did.

Two weeks after we moved into our dream home, a historic house near Bluebonnet Circle in the TCU area of Fort Worth, it caught fire. The fire wasn't very big, but we're learning that any fire is a BIG one. The good folks at Stanley Restoration have been one of the few bright spots in this ordeal, starting with David, who heads us our soft goods team, and Mark, the project manager, as well as Travis who has spent untold hours preparing to get started on the actual restoration of the house. They are compassionate professionals who to a person care about their clients. They have been so accommodating, holding our hands as they ably guided us through the beginnings of this project. Even the owner got personally involved and came out to help boxing up some of our personal items. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We picked up our first large group of restored items like clothing, jackets, shoes, etc. from their facility in Cedar Hill today. From the personal attention we received, I had anticipated seeing a much smaller, family sized operation, but their facilities are much larger than expected: several buildings and a fleet of trucks. While there, we felt like we were their only clients.If disaster strikes, ask that your insurance use them. You couldn't be in better hands.Dorothy Barra and Bruce Payne

God bless Stanley. Our water heaters in the attic flooded through to both floors of the house late in the evening and Jay and his team showed up within an hour and began the drying/dehumidification process immediately. They were polite, courteous, and even gave us advice on how to proceed since we had no idea what we were going to do. And they did all that without waking our 1 year old! 10/10 recommend going with Stanley when life throws you a curveball.

My daughter Cathy Haney has had several water disasters in the last 3 years immediately after moving into a new home.Enter Stanley Restoration.This latest water damage due to a broken pipe resulted in a second gut job to the first floor. Stanley Restorations did a superb job of immediately starting to work on all the steps to a completed job. We experienced a kitchen fire that left our family displaced. We were already in transition to move to another city within North Texas when the fire happened. The moving crew led by Scot from Stanley including, CJ, Jose, Calvin, Jon and Sam were polite, professional and extremely careful while bringing our furniture and contents back safely to our new temporary housing and they did it all on a SATURDAY to accommodate our family's needs.
