Kenneth is a real pro and a man of integrity. We gave him a general idea of the barndominum we wanted, and he created a design that made it work and that was beautiful. His extensive experience in construction and his understanding of the covenants and regulations in the area put us at ease through the whole process. He never oversold or over promised. What he said he could do, he did. No matter how crazy some of our ideas were, he always found a way to get it done or recommend a great solution. Kenneth always stayed in budget and was clear at each stage what the costs would be. He was quick to respond to our questions and was a pleasure to do business with. The office staff was equally awesome!

We have worked with Kenneth over the years on several construction projects. The last project was to turn our weekend cabin into our home. The cabin was approximately 20 years old and had several challenges. Kenneth was able to resolve those issues and create a home for us. The old kitchen was gutted and updated. The living space was doubled to include a living room, master bedroom and bath, an office and storage room. We are very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to call him for any further projects.

This was our first ground up build, we had heard about Kenneth through family. The reviews and testimonials are spot on, he and his people did an outstanding job on our building. There were a lot of challenges mostly because of the weather, but I think the thing that I'm most impressed with was the way he treats his clients. We changed our minds on location, type of layout, where to put the driveway, electrical, plumbing, you name it, but with each phone call about a change it didn't phase him at all, always professional and very friendly. I know when we are ready to build our home Kenneth will be our contractor.
