Never showed up for appointment. Called him and he was stuck in traffic. Never got to meet up with him or use his service.Update: They got back in contact with me and discussed how they could make this right.I am trying another shot with them and I'll give and update with honest review

They did a full remodel top to bottom of my house. Literally from the studs up. Anytime I had any questions Jacob was quick to answer my phone calls and quick with a solution.
