Hired to do several jobs. Roof turned out good. Paint, used wrong paint when discussed it would be flat paint, satin was used instead. Wood was not prepped you could see all the imperfections big time. They came back out and prep and repaint but still with the satin paint. Added screened in porch, communication very very poor, in Sept I advised them screens are wavy, trim popping off. excuse after excuse still not fixed. Very disappointed . Will never use this company again.

This company had very poor communication and execution of the job. I needed a few basic roof repairs following a storm. I was given a time window of 8-10am. The person didn't come until the evening, late enough that he was still working and banging on the roof after I went to sleep and the sun was going down. He didn't fix all of the spots.I never received an invoice. I both called and emailed them multiple times about how to pay and if they could fix the missing spot. They finally called me 3 weeks later and asked why I hadn't paid them yet, then blamed the missing spot on storms that occurred in the time since then, even though I contacted them before any other storms, and the person that came to assess the house talked to me about that spot needing to be fixed. On that phone call, they told me I needed pay, even though they hadn't finished the job.I would stay away from this company. Holy moly I can’t say enough about the wonderful people at this company. We were impacted by the severe storms on March 2, 2023. I’m a first time home-owner and I was a nervous wreck about my roof leaking with a kiddo in the house. I left a message for DBR right after I noticed the leaks. They had folks on my roof the next afternoon tarping.Miss Candi is the sweetest, most patient lady ever and I know I probably drove her nuts! Haha. We had an astronomical deductible and they were so patient and flexible with us. Eternally grateful for folks like Kim, Candi and AJ for being so kind to my family. Our new roof looks great and their quality of work is top tier. Highly recommending to everyone, and definitely sending these sweet folks a basket for Christmas. Absolutely a 1st class place to do business with. Cal Rasch and AJ Marshall were both outstanding Project Managers that came out said that I needed a new roof and needed to contact my home owner insurance for them to send out and inspector to inspect our roof. Cal and AJ were with me from start to finish. Workers showed up early and flat out blew me away with their speed and craftsmanship. Had me all done by the end of the day. The new roof looks great and the crew was fast and professional. The representative was thorough and very helpful. I am very pleased with how it helped the looks of my house.

My roof was in bad shape it needed to be completely replaced, and the box around the chimney needed to be completely rebuilt - wood trim was actually falling off! My neighbors had a great looking roof that had recently been replaced so I asked them for a recommendation. They highly recommended Danny Bogart Roofing. I called and the next day Michael came out and did the estimate, he was very prompt, courteous and answered all of my many questions! The quote was sent via email, I contacted him the next day with approval - contract was signed and within a day I was on the schedule for the following week! I also added in my shed, and Michael had to redo the initial contract and he was very patient with my changes. :) This was such a great experience, from the first phone call to completion. The crew showed up, got to work and it was completed within hours - they did a thorough cleanup and even trimmed up some branches that were on the roof. The office staff was very helpful with the payment process. I’m so glad my roof is completed on the house and my shed. Danny Bogart roofing was recommended to me by another agent for some problems we had finding a leak. They worked with us over and over to figure out the issue, which was not easy! They helped us fix the leak when no one else could figure it out which was such a huge blessing. Then about a year later we had more storm damage which they patched for us while waiting on insurance approval. Thankfully insurance approved our whole roof to be replaced and we were very happy with the job that they did. We even got new gutters from the insurance through Danny Bogart partner and are very happy with the work they did as well. Highly recommend!

I requested a roof inspection and quote for a new roof from Danny Bogart Roofing. Eric came to do the inspection and then came back with a well prepared quote that detailed what work was to be done, the prices and what I could expect. Additionally he had samples of the materials to be used on my roof. We agreed on the price and work to be done. The work was done as specified, the roof looks great, and clean-up was thorough and complete. Eric was on the jobsite to oversee the removal of the old roof and installation of the new as well as clean-up.I am quite pleased with the professional yet personal way the job was completed the same day it began.

Had them come out to give me an estimate on repair and replacement of our roof. Decided to go with a replacement. They had the roof stripped and new shingles going on the first day. On the second day, our roof was finished by 6 pm. Roof looks wonderful and they did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning up after themselves. Very informative and answered any questions along the way. They also put a new roof on my storage shed. Went in to pay at their main office. Very friendly and Calvert appreciate of my business. Outstanding customer service and reasonable prices. We highly recommend them.

Steve and I were so pleased with the new roof your company constructed for us. The quality and look is top notch. The crew had the old roof removed and the new roof put on in 2 days! Our barn also got a new roof and lean to shelter roof. I loved that you took the sag out of the lean to roof with a big strong beam. The barn roof looks so much better... no rust and perfectly done. The young men who did the work were professional and polite. We really didn’t see any mistakes made. Shout out to our project manager Josh Hodges for a great job. He constantly checked in with us to let us know what was going on. He kept the whole project running smoothly from start to finish. Cleanup was superb. I was worried about nails on the ground up by the barn and so far that hasn’t been a problem. My driveway is cleaner than before your crew started. So start to finish your company was absolutely wonderful!! Oh also my little porch which has been an eyesore for years with areas of rotten wood looks like new. I can’t wait to paint it! We have used DBR in the past for a new roof. So when it came time to have it checked again, we called them. This company is a very respectful company and we have always been pleased with their workmanship. This time around, we worked under the care of Layton Moss. From the first time we met, we felt confident that he would be able to help with our needs. After the roof was inspected, we were told the only thing we needed was to replace the patio. We shared some other things we were wanting to do to give our backyard a facelift and he got bids on that as well. I just can not say enough great things about this roofing company. The entire company was right there beside us from the very beginning of working with our insurance until the very end. Even our insurance company was very pleased with all they did. We were kept in the loop about all the roofing, water damage repair, and all the gutters and downspouts.
