DO Not pay final payment until all work is finalized! He wants final payment before concrete pour, say’s everything is included, then needs more money for dirt he didn’t calculate properly. Rushes to finish job to get paid. Finish work is sloppy, once paid doesn’t come back to finish. Leaves stakes to be pulled out, nails everywhere, concrete finish looks like 10 yr old did it. Bolts for beams are all crooked. Said he would fix immediately, haven’t seen or heard from him in a week. They left trash everywhere. He says he’s a preacher. Not sure. But he’s a definitely liar.Plumbing and garage doors were not according to plans. 3 of the 5 doors were off by more than 12”.

I met the owner Marvin Ramirez through another contractor. He was very polite and helpful. When the first contractor had difficulty completing my Patio, Marvin volunteered to help. He sent his crew out to ensure that we remained on schedule. His crew was very knowledgeable and demonstrated pride in their workmanship. Often it is not easy working behind other contractors, but the guys that work for New Creation Concrete and Construction never let this interfere with their job responsibilities. They picked up the pieces and got the job completed. I will contact New Creation for all my construction needs. If you are looking to expand, create something new then this is the go to team. You will not be disappointed. I love my new patio and I’m looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. The crews showed up 2 days after contacting them and completed all of the work promptly. We highly recommend this company. The owner and staff were professional, courteous and very easy to work with and completed our patio instantly. Their price is great and we will be calling them first in the future for our next project. Thanks again for y'alls hard work!
